AnaBeta FAQ - Ask Away

I was wondering as well if there have been some people testing alternative dosing protocols and what they have discovered. I think I remember BigPR going with 6 ed. What were his results?

Im running 7 on all my training days which includes a hefty 3 caps pre-workout and 5 caps on my off days. On my off days I dose 1 cap 5 times, on my training days it will be 1,3,2,1
 
His results were very strong, he described them as "similar to a mild PH or low dose PH". PM him for details

Average dosing is: 4 caps per day, 1 pre, 1 post, other 2 with meals in the day

Other dosing that has been equally succussful:

2 caps 2x per day (usually 2 pre and 2 post workout) -Advantage: Stronger pumps after dosing Disadvantage: Not as much of an all day pump/fullness feeling

4 caps on off days, 5-6 on workout days: On workout days, 1 extra cap pre workout 1 extra cap post workout. This is the most cost effective route for the elite bodybuilder

I didn't take any extra AnaBeta before a cheat meal but my cheats are not as bad as some people's.

My regular cheat meal on the 5 week~ run was a box of gluten free coconut macaroons with roughly 1,200 calories and 125g of sugar. I ate a few boxes and only after meals when I felt like my cravings were there and my meal did not satisfy my appetite.

I still looked leaner at the end of the run at a higher weight so the dirtier calories didn't cause fat gain.

I am sure others will be able to help out on the cheat meal front. I am not a pizza type of guy!

T-Bone loves to take his AnaBeta before big carb meals or cheat meals. Really pumps the muscles!



Non-AR mediated anabolic. Increase in hungry and thirst due to increase in muscle protein synthesis and muscle glycogen storage.

Does T-Bone take one or more for cheat meals?

I sacrificed my experiments on the run for the purpose of consistency. I haven't dabbled with any of these things yet!

Pretty sure he just would take 1 before his big cheat meals (4 total per day though)


Thanks for the feedback, guys. I did have a cheat meal but did not have pizza buffet. Took 2 caps before eating a big ole prime rib burger with cheese, onions and mushrooms, a side of sweetpotato fries and for dessert - bite size brownie sundae, although it really wasn't very bite sized. I ate every single bite :D

Working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach would you still recommend taking one pre w/o?
 
I think if I took AnaBeta on an empty stomach and trained I would feel too hungry. I often felt ravenous by the time I got to the gym to the point I had to have protein and carb shakes pre workout.

The appetite effect for me was absolutely fierce though.

I've dosed 5 or 6 a few days. with a workout at 7pm id take one in the morning one at 2pm, two at 6pm and two post workout. I felt like a beast the few days i did that! Im going to do it this week. After i get back from overseas i'll probably dose out the remainder of the bottle at 6 a day.

Additionally though if i take anabeta without food i get very hungry and it makes be burp. The taste i get from this is NASTY so i always take with food.

Does anyone from New Zealand know if i'll have any problems taking anabeta in my lugage?
 
This is the second PES luggage question in a few days. It would definitely be worth checking local laws because this is foreign to me (pardon the pun).

I took 8kg worth of supplements (pills, powders, opened and sealed, in my luggage and hand luggage) and didn't get a problem. The same when I went to America and every other country I have visited (Dominican Republic, Australia, Bulgaria and Thailand). I have never had an issue even when they have searched my hand luggage and found them. They just glossed over them and carried on looking for the offending object which turned out to be a teaspoon lol.

In American I went through a huge ordeal because I took a lunchbox to eat on the plane. We had to go through extra security checks and baggage searches because my sausages were such a big deal. Then on the way home there was a sign in the American airport saying something like "anyone carrying a firearm on a plane needs to alert a member of staff first". I had to remove a tin of tuna from my bag on the way there but a gun is ok on the way back.

Different laws for each country. There are huge discrepancies and while I see no issue in carrying any PES supplement on a plane (they are not illegal nor steroids) it is best to check with someone who knows the laws rather than asking on a forum.
 
Haha! When I come to America later in the year I am going to be on the lookout for those signs...
 
It truly is pure random luck. I have taken supplements on board planes with no issues. However, I purchased a mickey mouse bbq set (tongs, spatula, etc...) at Disney and I was frisked and wanded. Depends on who is working that day
 
You tried taking a spatula on a plane? I am surprised you didn't get locked up!

I had my tin of tuna taken off me once. I asked why and they said "it contains liquid" to which I replied "but the weight is 180g and the drained weight is 130g meaning it only has 50ml of water which is less than the 100ml allowance". He looked at me for a couple of seconds and said nonchalantly "it is also metal".

Needless to say I lost my in flight tin of tuna.

I travel a lot with my job. One trick that I use is to put any questionable tabs into prescription bottles. I have also put ephedra into asprin bottles when traveling to China (they take everything). When asked I told them that it was 81 mg asprin recommend by my doctor. I have never had any problems.

Correct. If there was direct binding on the AR there would be shutdown and all of that. In theory it could have mild SARM activity but even SARM activity can cause suppression

The most prominent pathways are increase in muscle protein synthesis, increase in muscle glycogen stores, increase in IGF-1, etc.

There is some good articles on steroids that are mostly non-AR mediated (dbol for example) and theory as to what mechanisms they undergo on Mesomorphosis website.

my advice-experiment a little and find what works best for YOU!

made me feel like I was on a sex supplement, the whole fogginess feeling of one not as extreme, milder..

I have noticeable libido and erection quality on AnaBeta, but no bad symtopms.

How long did you use it for? Daily dosing? and did you dose with or without food? Low carb diet?

i used it for less than a week, 1/morning 2/preworkout 1/afternoon

nah no low carb,

gave me a flush feeling, maybe thats what people feel when they mention the body getting hot but its a feeling i hate..
 
yea I ran it solo to be honest (suggested by you) , I put the ULTIMA Platinum stack on hold and just took AnaBeta for that week to see how I react to it..

Big fan of ERASE, AnaBeta didnt mix well with me tho.
 
I've been on AnaBeta for 6 days now and I believe that the energy enhancment provided by this product is for real. It's not a stim effect it just seems to even out my energy levels. I sit at a computer most the day and I typically battle lethergy about an hour or so after lunch. I just want to go lay down and take a nap. Since I began using AB I have not noticed this problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what may be helping in this area? I'm thinking that it might be leveling out glucose fluctuations but I'm not sure.
 
Energy wise I have no idea. Psychological perhaps?

I don't like the idea of taking stims every day it was just a necessity. It seems to me that if AB has a leaning effect, as many have claimed, it must either be affecting glucose or thyroid levels.
 
I would go against the thyroid theory as people can gain weight on it so easily.

I did wonder about glucose even if it wasn't directly?
 
Interesting.... Anyone regularly check blood sugar levels while on this?
 
I would wager that it has something to do with regulating blood sugar. Didn't some user report feelings of either becoming hypo or hyper during the initial stages of testing?

It is due to better glucose management

As far as the energy feeling, another guy on another forum also had trouble describing it, and said it was like "energy running through his veins" lol

I know the feeling though...it is pleasant

I am sorry you feel like that. The reason we have a better idea of the MOA behind the positive effects is because we have logs from around 40 people so we can see patterns and consistency behind them. In your case you are the only person who has reported this negative side effect so we have no existing theories on why this is.

We do not sweep negative results under the rug so to speak. Many people on here can testify that in private messages and reputation messages I thank them for the feedback and ask them to report it all whether it is positive or negative.

The reason we haven't addressed yours more is simply because we don't have experience with it. If you are worried I recommend going to your doctor for a diagnosis.

You are the only person who has reported it so we have no suggestions. I am sorry you are not happy with your experience and if there is anything I can do to help or advise feel free to discuss here or PM me.

It could have given you a headache from a number of things:

Not enough water
Too high of ketones in your blood (eat more carbs)

Heachaches can be caused by so many things

I get this exact same feeling after lunch but I'm fine after work. I hope I get the same effect. I have some Anabeta on the way now.
 
Apologies if this is an obvious question, however, I plan on buying a few bottles of this, mainly to use during PCT. However, just wondering how well it goes solo, off-cycle, by itself?

AnaBeta is a product that will yield results standalone. Take a quick look through the logs. Plenty of individuals used AnaBeta solo.

DC might cause some painful pumps...to the point it keeps you from finishing.

I personally like a normal split, like one of the ones on the PES website which were designed by Iron Addict, who is of the same caliber as Dante (creator of DC) in my opinion.
