Hello,I started taking anabeta/erase again a few weeks ago and I am trying to time everything cause I have a big racquetball tournament coming up at the end of May and if I keep taking it now it will be 10-11 weeks on it by that time.

Is it ok to take it for 10-11 weeks then take a month or 2 off?

Or should I take it for a month taking me till mid april, then take 2 weeks off....then do another month which will take me till the end of May and through the tournament?

on a side note, I have a bottle of the new titanium here also and someone recommended taking all 3 at once...is that ok to do?

thanks!
Scott

Personally I wouldn't take erase for more than 4 weeks, or anabeta for more than 8.

Erase 3x a day spread evenly thru the day.
Anabeta 4 times a day spread evenly (take at least 30 minutes apart from erase). On workout days 1 in the morning, 1 preworkout, 1 postworkout, 1 prebed.

If you want to get 11-12 weeks alternate them.
1-4 erase
5-12 anabeta
9-12 erase

I take 2 erase a day- morning and late afternoon. 6 Anabeta 2/2/2, morning, afternoon, post dinner. Both for 8 weeks.

I really am trying to get more information on this wonder supplement, Anabeta, to see why the 8 week cycle. Many supplements I can see needing it, but can't find a reason for this. If I could run this year round I would do it.

How long into Anabeta did you decide to go from 4 to 6/day, and what made you decide to do it? Has it been a noticeable difference?

About a month in. It took me a couple weeks to adjust to the 4 and my hunger, but then I started doing two before and after my workout and then two more after dinner. I definitely saw a difference in 4 to 6. This was mainly in overall fullness and in recovery. I can destroy myself in the gym or like the other day, I hopped on my bike and did 65 miles, and then feel fine after a day. No soreness and ready to go again. I'm in tune with my body and doing this at 37 would normally make me run down and sore for a couple days, but no longer.

Thanks - I'm only just under 2 weeks into it, running at 4. I plan on only doing it for a month, however, so I'll probably just stick w/ 4 for the entire month. I've just added in Formestane yesterday, and plan to switch off both and onto Erase in May.

65 miles damn!

I take erase first thing in the morning preworkout then, if on reg erase just space em out evenly over the day. Take my first anabeta postworkout with oats and whey. I only take anabeta when I have some carbs. Seems better that way. Broscience.

General rule with all ergogenic supplements, unless they are mild like creatine, beta alanine, etc

Yeah, that was the first of the season and I thought I was going to be a pile of crap afterwards. I need to focus on the cardio because I have a few century rides this summer and my wife made a plan for us to hike a bunch of 14ers.

C'mon anabeta..do your thing. lol
