Hello guys this is my first post in this forum and generally in any bodybuilding forum so please bare with me, not sure if its even posted in the right section.
So basically i need some advise concerning ABE the old version (theres a new formula if im not mistaken) which i found on a local online shop in Greece. Im 22 years old 75kilos standing at 1.75cm dont know the us measurements with a generally healthy diet of mostly chicken protein eggs greek yoghurt etc...anyways back to the topic im not a huge fan of supplements i've only used whey protein and creatine on and off but ive read some extremely good reviews on ABE and i was thinking of giving it a shot, what i wanna know is if there is any side effects on this supplement i might sound ignorant but people have been refering to it as a mild PH while others bash and others talk of libido issues depression etc i just dont wanna screw my body over and thats why im asking im interested in using this supp on my bulk starting in september. Anyways sorry for the wall of text and hope i got my point across cus english is not my first language.
Cheers
