While taking anabeta and lean bulking, do you add calories over what you would normally take while bulking? And if so approx how many and of what macro?

i went from 175 at 9.8% bf to 186 at 11.3% so 11lb gain with only 1.5% BF = awesome to me

Very strong gains for 4 weeks. Nice work!![]()
Thanks I am gonna run it 8 weeks next time and see what I can do.
Definitely try the 8 weeks! Were you running anything else with it?
Erase pro and Daa. Plus staples. I cant wait to run it again but im trying to use some of the stuff i already have before buying more wifes been on me. I like to be stacked up need like 6 months of supps in reserves at all times or i start to panic
I completely understand that! 8 weeks of AnaBeta Elite with DAA and Erase Pro though will leave you very happy![]()
Agreed. Like arnold said, the mirror is the best indicator of progress.

Question for those who run cycles like this... for the 4 weeks you are off how do you avoid losing gains? Will continuing in the same routine keep gains or do you need to modify diet/training?
Rodja said:I wouldn't say modify, but you'll need to maintain the caloric intake or you'll eventually lose what you've gained.

i readjusted my calories for my new weight and was able to keep all my gains and since stopping have dropped a lil more bodyfat
