While taking anabeta and lean bulking, do you add calories over what you would normally take while bulking? And if so approx how many and of what macro?

Assuming you are already meeting your essential needed Macro Nutrients on a lean bulk (.45 to .5g of fat per LB of BW and 1 to 1.25g of protein per LB of BW) you add the extra kCalories by adding GRAMS of complex/simple carbohydrates, since they are NON essential they do not have a set minimum and should always be your go to macro for adding/deducting kCalories.

last time i ran anabeta was a 4 week run. i added ~200 calories extra ED first week ~400ED 2nd ~600Ed 3rd and ~800Ed 4th
i went from 175 at 9.8% bf to 186 at 11.3% so 11lb gain with only 1.5% BF = awesome to me

This may be a dumb question, but what does ED mean?

sorry i am a slow typer so i cheat a lil

good advice here. also, the most important thing for me while taking anabeta (OG) was taking it with a high amount of carbs

Lean bulking I add 200-300 calories, and keep things very clean. Monitor the scale and mirror, if theyre not up to par I adjust.

Thanks I am gonna run it 8 weeks next time and see what I can do.

Definitely try the 8 weeks! Were you running anything else with it?

Erase pro and Daa. Plus staples. I cant wait to run it again but im trying to use some of the stuff i already have before buying more wifes been on me. I like to be stacked up need like 6 months of supps in reserves at all times or i start to panic

I completely understand that! 8 weeks of AnaBeta Elite with DAA and Erase Pro though will leave you very happy:)

That would leave anyone happy IMO!

Question for those who run cycles like this... for the 4 weeks you are off how do you avoid losing gains? Will continuing in the same routine keep gains or do you need to modify diet/training?

I wouldn't say modify, but you'll need to maintain the caloric intake or you'll eventually lose what you've gained.

Stay with the increased calories that were added to coincide with anabeta use, or the higher calorie diet figured from bulking protocol

This, and I would say for anyone doing any kind of cycle, the way not to lose your gains is to keep working hard.

i readjusted my calories for my new weight and was able to keep all my gains and since stopping have dropped a lil more bodyfat

There was evidence in the original rat study that showed the results can continue post cessation. In theory this could translate to humans for up to a couple of weeks afterwards.
