AMS made my fu*king day: half-sponsored log :)

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Strength
  • Barbell Bench - 321 Wave up to 295x1 (went for two, not this time)
  • BB Shoulder Press - 6.5.4.4 @ 135 (short rest periods ~ 1 minute)
  • Tricep Pushdown - 8.5.5.5 @ 100, 120, 110, 100
Nothing special, but a great workout nonetheless.
 
Today was a lower body strength day.. I got some decent work in, but fuuuck.. Back pumps and leg pumps are baaad.. goodness me.
 
Oh.. btw guys.. I'll update weight, measurements, etc... at the end of the cycle..

extending it with a little Dermacrine/Superdrol bridge to ease into pct.. so, 2-3 weeks left.
 
Back/Bicep Strength:
  • Bent BB Rows - 3x5 @ 135
  • BB Curls - 4x5 @ 80, 95, 80, 80
  • Bent TBar rows - 3x5 @ 2 plates + 25 pounds
  • Supinated Mid-grip Pulldowns - 4x5 @ 150
  • Alternating Arm Pseudo-pullups (pronated) - 8.6.6.4 @ BW
  • Couple sets of heavy DB cheat curls, fun :D
  • Abs, until the cramped, then I said "fuuuck that"

Pumps were painful.. I don't really recall ever feeling this pumped "on" anything; it's wild. Sorry for my lack of updating.. I've been smoking pot a little excessively lately.. can't deny I looooove what it does for workouts.. ddddang.

True that.IO get sucha agood connection when i smoke prehand. People are always wondering how I do it and I just enjoy the hell out of it.

Yup, but I don't like getting completely ripped pre w/o, just a little "head change" does me good

  • DB Bench - 10.4.3 @ 70s (triple rest-pause; AKA, DC Method) | 301
  • BB Bench - 6.5.4 @ 205 (very slow negatives, hurt soo bad) | 501
  • Cable Crossovers - 8.7.7 @ 50 per stack | 302

I had a great lower body workout today.. I've been consistently getting in goood workouts this week.. looking forward to this thing ending.. can't wait to see where I end up. Oh, and back pumps are annoying, wouldn't mind doing away with those!
 
Question guys.. Now that I'm getting rather larger.. my legs get these pseudo-cramps all the fuuucking time.. I squat down, cramp, I stretch, cramp.. It's odd. These aren't full on cramps, just the beginnings of them.. Not sure what to think about it. I don't really think it's due to dehydration, but possibly due to the huuuge amount of growth and muscle gain over the past 3-4 months.

Anyways, any thoughts?

I was getting that for awhile... It may have something to do with circulation to be honest...
 
I'm not a doctor... :lol:

But if it helps, it did go away after awhile. I was noticing in my hands mostly, sometimes lower legs. Makes sense if you think about it. Body needs to get used to pumping blood to larger muscles.

Indeed. Darn glad I'm not getting hand cramps.. Yowza.
 
FYIS: I'll be following the DC method for the next month or so... updates to come.

I'm still alive and well guys. Just a lot of stuff going on right now.
 
OK. So, I'm still around.

I was broke as **** this summer, so when school let out, I was without a substantial gym.. :(

anywho, maybe look for a log from me sometime here pretty soon.
