3/30 - CHEST!

First day of PCT - great chest day. Felt real strong but fatigued fairly quickly and didnt have the energy I normally have. Got a pretty good sleep OFF Noct. curious about HGHuP tonight. Be sure to keep everyone posted.

FINAL AMS HORMONE REGULATION KIT REVIEW (1ad/4ad)

Ok so here is my final review:

Strength: 9/10
Aggression: 9/10 (in the gym)
Aggression: 1/10 (out the gym - felt no more than normal aggression out of the gym)
Endurance: 9/10
Focus: 10/10
Energy: 8/10
Sides: 1/10 (no sides)
Sexual Health: 9/10 (felt "up" the entire run)

Nocturnabol - I was at first in love with this supp but then had a bunch of bad sleeps. Idk if they can all be attributed to Noct., prolly not, but along with stress of my day, Noct. didnt help me sleep better on a few occasions. That said, when I did sleep well, I slept great! Deep, rested, ready to go. The poor sleeps were prolly all me and not the supp bc when I did sleep well I slept great. Would most likely use again but prolly at some time with less stress in my life so I could really reap the benefits!!!

HypertrophX - Great product. Got me amped and the blood flowing. Will def buy again.

1ad/4ad - ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stack. Thanks AMS! As noted above loved all the main categories like strength, focus, energy, etc. Really put on some great mass. Weighed myself today at my home gym with a reliable scale .... and are you even ready??? I wasnt... I weighed in at 199LBS!!!!! that is huge for me. I know my scale was off in the beginning but I was around 185lbs. Thats means I put on about 10-15LBS of stregnth and mass. Now granted I was consuming around 5000 - 6000 cals per day, so yeah the mass was bound to come but I know the kit helped me out!

If wil keep posting throughout PCT - but a GREATTTTTTTTT run!!!!! No sides, great gains, great overall sense of wellbeing!!!!

So PCT day 2 was today - seriously vivid dreams last night from HGHuP. I can't say that the sleep was deep but I had three separate dream sequences all super vivid. Weird. Haha woke up to pee and even when I woke up for good this morning was super out of it and it took a solid 10min to feel normal. Curious to see results tonight.

3/31 - BACK

Strength is still good in the gym - energy and focus is all that I am really noticing going down.

I have another question for whoever. someone just gave me a product called epistane, i did some research and its the real stuff. Is it possible that I could take this with the hormone regulation kit or afterwards with the arom-x ? I have no idea if i should mix any of this stuff or not so any info will be useful.

Epistane is a ph so if your going to stack it do it during the cycle not after, and add a test booster to your pct(arom-x). cycle support is always a good idea too.

rayravy this is an awesome log man!, I've been looking at this stack for a while scratching my head, your log was really helpful (even all the extra input about your sleep troubles and headaches) very beneficial to anyone who trains regularly and takes supplements. you answered alot of questions for me, I think I'll give this stuff a go. Great bro - glad I could help. I really tried to NOT half-ass this log b/c your right this is important to a bunch of people. As my final eval. suggested i DEFINITELY recommend this stack and can't wait to run it again. Low to zero sides and just great strength and focus increases. Any other questions, feel free to ask - I will do my best to answer from personal experience.
 
4/6 - PCT

Didn't sleep great, was hot and tossed around alot. Prior to bed took 4 HGHup and 1 Noct. Dreams were super vivid so I know that may mean that when I did sleep it was deeper than I realized but I was definitely aware of the uncomfort I felt while "asleep." Got about 7.5hrs but was broken up by bathroom trips, and that feeling when you can not get comfortable.

Hit back today it was ok - missing the strength and focus of the 1ad/4ad.

Dosed AromX, PCS, Clout, Body Octane Preworkout.

4/8 - PCT

Took yesterday off - needed the rest - my body felt tired and sore.

Last night slept like sh*t - ON Noct. and HGHup. Had vivid dreams but they were constantly interrupted and I tossed and turned all night. Was up early and got in a pretty good workout anyway.

Wanted to work on my cardio a little and get some explosion strength - did Crossfit's WorkOut of the Day.

Took me about 25min to complete. I wanted to be in the 15min range but I was smoked!

PCT is going well - not missing any doses or anything like that but still feel the same lethargy and tiredness as posted above. Sleep has not been that good with the exception of two nights ago.

I love HypertrophX such a simple product but really great! That powered me through today's workout. My Clout and BodyOctane are good supps but gave me stomach issues a couple days ago, so I laid off today. Continuing with Cycle Support, Creatine Mono, and all my others...
 
4/9 - PCT

So regarding the above post - one thing I noticed that I forgot to mention was there was definitely alot of water retention on 1ad/4ad. Like I said I was eating around 5500cal a day so some gut expansion was expected haha but already a week into PCT I am seeing a decrease in belly. I have always been pretty thin and "ab prone" so they gut was pretty hard when pushed out but already I am seeing that shrink.

I did chest today - I was starting to think I could never keep the strength I got on cycle but today proved me wrong. I didnt have alot of time to workout but I went pretty heavy and felt strong again. Slept well last night ON Noct. and HGHup.

Haha thanks bro. Maybe I need to give myself more credit then. I think I just felt SO good on cycle that I wanted the dream to continue.

My numbers are staying pretty high, I guess it's the overall focus/stamina/energy I really miss the most.
 
4/14 - PCT

WOW. Today was a really big chest day out of nowhere! I slept ok, was up a couple times, but when I did wake up I felt super rested. I ran Noct. with 5 HGHup last night after taking the wknd OFF of those supps. As far as Noct. is concerned my sleeping patterns must be my own problem - I mean Noct. has been pretty good in making me feel rested when I wake up even if I had personal problems with staying asleep.

So anyway monster chest day out of nowhere - felt strong and focused finally!! PreWorkout and During Workout I slugged Controlled Labs Purple Wrath - had no stomach issues and got the tingle I miss from HypertropX haha. So be readyyy here we go...

4/19 - PCT

So I took a couple days off - wish I hadn't. Was a lethargic and tired. I was moody this wknd. Hit the gym this afternoon for a little CHEST day and remained surprisingly strong. The strength is still there, the body is looking a little slimmer. Not pleased with that. Need to bring the abs back, prolly get a little cardio going - we shall see.

Are you using any stims or anything pre-workout?

Just started with Controlled Labs Purple Wrath - more of BCAA but I like the Beta Alanine! Week 1 of PCT I ran MAN Body Octane that had some stim but gave me stomach issues. But I am liking the Purple Wrath its giving me solid stamina. So I drink some pre w/o and the rest during.
 
4/20 - PCT

Hit back today. Did not sleep alot last night (6hrs) but woke up feeling decent. Obvi a little tired but fairly rested. Focus was ok in the gym today. Numbers were pretty nice but didn't go all out like I would have liked to.

That was it - was in and out today. Guna hit more back stuff later in the week. Strength is still good and I gota say I never really expected that during PCT. I gota get my diet back in line I think that could be contributing to my tiredness - I am consuming less than when I was ON cycle.

Also - libido has been high. Really only felt a little loss during my last few days on cycle and my first few days to a first wk of PCT. I feel like I am back on track and things have leveled out.

Noticeable difference in focus and energy tho. ON cycle I would cry if I missed a workout now I have been getting sluggish - taking 3 days off (Fri, Sat, Sun). I rationalize it by telling myself my body must need the rest which could be true, but I am always mentally disappointed when I skip.
 
4/21 - PCT

To be honest Im all about the strength and power. I hate cardio and slimming down (as a naturally skinny dood). I am getting bored with the lack of equip at my gym so might be time for a change to get the equip I need to push myself.

I recently took sum exams to become a correctional office and the testing took like three hours i popped 2 LUCIDROL before going and let me tell ya my mind was focused I went through entire test confident and not spacing out as much since test was so long. The answers seemed to come without effort. This product will def help you focus and maybe even stop you from having to cram the night before.

If you can't find the cash to buy, You send me your address and ill get you a couple days worth sample out of my own stash to get you through your test.

4/23 - PCT

Slept well the past two nights - woken up super tired but powered through and hit the gym. Yesterday did some lighter bench (205 x4-8 reps x8 sets) and biceps and believe it or not a little cardio.

Today felt pretty good n focused. A little sore but not bad. PCT is going well, libido is high, sleep is pretty good, maintaining pretty good strength, definitely missing some size, noticeably in arms - but overall good.

I will post my reviews/results. Also what do you guys think about dosage? I will be waking up early, hitting the gym, then pretty much studying all day.

Should I split the does maybe 1 preworkout, 1 around noon or so?

Or 2 preworkout for the entire day?

Or 2 post workout before I start studying.

Well the dosing will depend on a few things...are u mainly wanting to take this for your exams or are you having trouble focusing through workout due to your pct? I noticed when i split the dose up i did'nt get the edge every time compared to taking one dose of 2 pills prior to what i wanted to focus for. What you can do since everyone will react different is to try it both ways and find a happy resolve. Goodluck man

Gracias on the deads. Yeah this is the second time I've used Octane. Loved it the first time, this time some stomach issues (gas and cramps).

Lucidrol did not come yesterday - prolly will today. Looking forward to trying it out.

Pct is almost over - felt pretty weak and tired today, but slept pretty well. Really cant wait for the focus boost in the gym and with the books.

So yup last day of PCT. I think my entire Hormone Reg Kit run went reallllly well! I absolutely loved being ON cycle, the 1ad/4ad HypertropX was a really good run for me. Even PCT my strength has remained strong. Today was chest.

Day 1 was a wash. Felt the same as always. Took it on a full stomach, so maybe figured that had something to do with it, but was definitely disappointed Day 1. My mind was all over the place, couldnt really focus.

Day 2 was weird. Woke up later than usual, ate, then went to school, popped Lucidrol and gave it about 30min. Definitely didn't achieve the "tunnel vision" effect, but had a decent amount of concentration. Then in class we had a review sesh n my prof got pizza, I plowed 4 pieces and immediately felt like I was guna pass out. Haha.

After the review sesh, I went home, gave birth to a baby pizza HAHAAH, chugged my PreW/O drinks and hit the gym. Intensity was pretty high in the gym. Came back from gym, showered and immediately passed out face first on my desk. Woke up about 45min later and then I was pretty dialed in. Had to run a couple errands but then I was pretty focused on the books. Like I said, weird, but seemed to keep me focused. Today is a little calmer so Im guna pop my Lucidrol and see whats good.
 
4/30 - LAST PCT DAY

So yup last day of PCT. I think my entire Hormone Reg Kit run went reallllly well! I absolutely loved being ON cycle, the 1ad/4ad HypertropX was a really good run for me. Even PCT my strength has remained strong. Today was chest.

Focus was good, strength still pretty good too. Threw in some abs n arms.

On a separate note - started Lucidrol two days ago - mixed thoughts so far.

Yeah does sound kinda off/on but everyone will prob have lil different effects depending on a number of factors. The more i use the better it seems.
 
5/2 - Lucidrol

My experience with Lucidrol (now 5 days in) has been strange and not what I expected at all. I am taking JJ20's advice and continuing to take Lucidrol with hopes of "the more I use the better it seems."

Now after Day 3,4,5 I have had the same occurrence almost all five days. I take Lucidrol and within 2 hours I am face down on my bed or desk - passed out! I literally can not keep my eyes open.

I then wake up anywhere from 40-90min later with a headache and completely out of it. I chug water and eat, and the headache goes away and I attempt to get back in the books. My concentration is decent but my focus is jumpy. Lucidrol has yet to give the me focus and energy so many other ppl rave about.

For example - today - woke up at 730ish, hit the gym got home around 10ish. Ate then took Lucidrol. 1230 was passed out! Woke up from nap at 130ish and did my usual wake up routine (Im about to eat right now). Will then get back into the books. But this stuff knocked my out only 5hrs after I woke up. Granted I went heavy on deadlifts and back today (#'s still high!) but still to be knocked out like that without fail for 5 days now is weird. It could be the mental fatigue from school and studying just catching up with me, but this is not what I expected.

Side note - I remember when I used to pop adderrall to stay stim'd for a day - I would wake up at like 6am, eat one, then pass out for another hour and wake up ready to go, this feeling is similar with Lucidrol but the adderrall obviously never knocked me out like this.

I do feel like my recall is pretty good with the Lucidrol so far but its hard to really judge.
 
5/4 - Lucidrol

Alright so yesterday was a big day - first exam. Slept like sh!t was up at 4am. Hit the gym at 530 and then got home, ate, popped Lucidrol and went to school. Was in the library from 830 - 1230 studying for the 130 exam. Around 10:15 i passed out face down as usual haha. Slept for like 20min then was up and focus was a lot better than usual.

Yesterday was by far the best day for me with Lucidrol. Was focused and was able to keep my mind on the books.

Goin at it again today so hopefully I will have a similar day like yesterday. Also focus has been really good in the gym too! Idk if Lucidrol has kinda lingered in my system and helped with gym focus but I def feel it.

Chest was big today - still putting up good numbers.

Sorry my friend that the Lucidrol is'nt working for ya. I know you've heard this a thousand times and prob is'nt very comforting but everyone will have different results and in sum cases there will be non-responders. Its weird about the head aches your having , have you tried eating right before you dose instead of waiting for it to happen then eating? And i know you said you use to take adderall , how long ago was that before the Lucidrol?

No need to apologize at all - Different things work for different people. I am just giving my honest review to try to help others and get feedback myself. Anyway, it's been a few years since I last took adderrall.

With the Lucidrol - now two more days since the last post - I at times feel lightheaded and loopy. I am drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of food. When I stare at my papers and books, I must say I am pretty dialed in, but when I stand up I get that "blood rush to the head too fast feeling" and am kinda out of it. Could this be a symptom of the "tunnel vision?"

After giving it a few more days tho, I will say I have been more focused and dialed in. I have a lot of distractions, but when I stare and my materials and really force myself to focus, I really read each and every word. Passed out again yesterday around noon, but then woke up and had a real productive day.

Also, go up a couple times to piss last night and was real lightheaded. So idk so far - mixed review but I am not giving up as yesterday and today should be pretty productive. Big exam tomorrow at 9am so I plan to pop a couple then. Will take friday OFF and see if I notice any difference.

Ive never felt light headed on it but it could be a side from the tunnel vision effect your having. Has the headaches stopped? It now seems to be going better for ya in the focus area since your last few post, have you tryed playing with the dosing a bit to see if you can get rid of the lightheaded feeling? I suggest taking one then maybe another half way through or sumtn. Goodluck man and great feedback. 5/6 - Lucidrol

Thanks JJ - today was a great day. Could have been reallll awful but Lucidrol finally kicked in like I wanted it to!

Went to sleep last night at 11pm - had a big exam at 9am today. Slept for like a few hrs on and off and got up at 3am. Got to the library at 4am. Dosed Lucidrol at 5:10pm (fell asleep from 5:20-5:40am).

Felt so good. Focused, read every word clearly and comprehended everything!

Test was at 9am, my recall was strong, my confidence was high, and I felt really calm ripping through a really tough test.

Here was my eating pattern (no headaches, no lightheaded, drank extra water and ate extra to ensure balance!)

330am: 3 eggs, 2 rye toast, glass of milk
6am: pack of peanut butter crackers
6:45am: nature valley peanut butter granola bars
9-11am: peanut butter jelly sandwich, apple, 4 oreos
12pm: finished exam

So as you can see nothing huge, just enough to keep me energized. Drank a ton of water and really was pleased with my Lucidrol progress. I think keeping small meals spread out, and lots of water is all I needed the whole time.
