PCT Day 10
Changed things up a bit after pushing heavy weights lately, I switched over to hi-rep for increased volume. It was tough at first, mainly mental as I am used to going to 8-10 reps so I was fatiguing early. Then I got focused and just did the first 10 with ease, then when it got tough on reps 13-15 I was able to push through.Che

Chest/Biceps
Bench Press 3x185x15 able to put it up pretty easily, next time I go hi-rep I will go with 195
Flies 3x35x15
Curls 3x40x15 These killed on the last 2-3 reps on the last 2 sets.
Concen Curls 3x20x15
Focus great with the hi-rep, what got me through is the mental focus on my goals
Pump- focused on the contraction on each curl, easier to do with lighter wt
Endurance- felt good with the hi-rep, then I did 15 min cardio at hi incline
Strength- still good, I will go heavy later next week and see how it goes in comparison to the other heavy workouts
Libido- going good and hard
Lethargy- feeling good throughout the day, best day in a while

I am now thinking of adding on to the end of PCT to keep things going. Then I will take a nice supp break other than staples. Might go with AI stack of
TestoPro/HGHpro/Glycobol/Stoked, I can only see things improving throughout that stack.
