Took 2 before bed last night for first time....holy dreams. I’m afraid to try 4 pills if my dreams are that vivid with only 2!! Good stuff

For the past 3-4 months I'm taking 2 caps, sleeping well but can't comment on dreams.

I shall see if they continue tonight. I was in a drug stash house looking for someone and then all of a sudden all the lights went out and it started filling with gas and what I thought was cops rushing in ended up being bosses from my work and they escorted us out through a hole in the wall. **** was wiiiiild.

Honestly this is the best supplement I have ever used. I just do 3 caps every night and hasn't lost efficiency. I have found some OL supps hit or miss but they've got this one bang on. Have not slept well for years apart from when I used pheni 1-2 times a week. Forgot what it was like to wake up & feel well rested most mornings. Big increase in recovery & libido, can't see myself going without this anytime soon.

This is by far the best sleep supplement ive ever used

When I took 3 mg of melatonin by itself, i used to wake up with dry mouth, and an overall hangover feel

With Amnesia, althought it contains the same amount of melatonin, it gives me zero side effects the next day..plus I wake up refreshed (help that I sleep 9 hours per day too tho)

Thumbs up for this supplement!

Amnes1a ain't anything like just Melatonin. All the ingredients in its formula work in tandem in perfect synergy to get you relaxed, allow you to fall asleep and stay asleep, then wake up refreshed and regenerated :)

I love amnesia and it's been one of my favorite products. But I have a history with sleep Paralysis, and It has recently came back. And holy **** theses last two nights have been the worst/terrifying night of my life. If anyone has sleep paralysis I would not recommend taking 4 pills

That’s certainly no fun. I experienced what I thought was a sleep paralysis event over a decade ago. I now realize it was an actual demon attempting to take over my body. Said demon changed his plan once he got inside me and realized there were far scarier things going on inside my earthly vessel than he was capable of dealing with.

No problems in that department either way on AMNES1A for me!

Yes and no :)

That is what my sleep paralysis event was like though. I felt an evil presence enter my room just as I was waking from being asleep. Then the paralysis part kicked in...couldn’t move or yell/scream like I wanted to. It took all my energy to muster up a f’cked up moan which woke my GF. It soon passed after that...

Apparently this is quite a common description among people who experience sleep paralysis events..

Used to happen to me quite often in the past.
