Speaking of this i agree totally giving yourself more time to recover is very crucial workouts are only about 15% of the whole process rest and dieting would be taking the largest spot.

On a another note, since you mentioned surfing i have noticed since i started workout and then started surfing alot i noticed it is way harder to keep paddling with another 40 pounds, and i noticed my lats stuck out more because i would get a rash where my arms would rub my lats when i was paddling :bb:

Wow... 40 pounds. I haven't had that much of a weight swing before, but I can see your point. Funny thing for me... I have been surfing for about 28-29 years and in the gym my back is by far my strongest muscle group... I love training on back days.

My wife loves the lower lat V look...

Wouldn't it be great to train in the gym and surf for the cardio... The good old days(sun,surf, and beach girls!!! Life is way to complicated now!! Damn kids and business...!!!

sorry for the uber long delay. here goes. diet went to crap - mcdonalds 4x a day. i know i jacked my nutrition up, but i didn' have much choice - came to find out that the love of my life was being overdosed by her doctor - got her up to 600mg a day of oxycontin - thats 12 grams a day of morphine (oxy is 20x more potent). now i know that is what they should give a cancer patient, but someone with neck problems???? so i've had to do an intervention, take care of the kids, visit in rehab, contact the PD to shut this doctor down. he would perscribe 30 valium - take one as needed for sleep, then refil it on day 10. a total douche - so i've got the local PD and the california medical board taking him down. total breakdown from one doctor based on his early refills: 30mg valium/day, 600mg oxycontin/day, 40mg prozac/day, 100mg hydromorphone/day, 100mg trazedone/day. the sad thing here is that my g/f has a thyroid problem, and most of these meds say DON"T TAKE them if you have any thyroid condition.

again, wish i could have finished the cycle - and dieted proper, but no luck. - here's my thoughts on the cycle as it was

weight - increased 9 lbs in a month (23 days) - probably would have been 12 pounds if i had finished
sex drive - to the max - from 4x a week to 9x a week
brittle fingernails - and thats with 2 quarts of milk a day
increased aggression - double parkers tick me off more now - nothing that can't be handled
mad strength gains - went up insanely in all my workouts - and the strength lasted during PCT - i'm doing pull ups now with a 35 plate on me, and my bench is at 275x6. awesome gains, have lost only 1 pound, kept all strength, and i know if i finished the 30 day supply it would have been even better. did loose .5% body fat too. i'd give it a 9. i would give it a ten, but i definately felt my balls hurt on cycle (8x). great product. my strong areas of weights went up marginally (25% like bench), but my weak areas like legs, delts went up way more(50-100%). product rocks. if your weak point - mine is legs can go up that quick, it stands to reason that it will not only help break all plateaus, but also make your weak point one of your stronger points.
 
went to the gym today - did some leg workouts - did 550 on leg extensions today - awesome to gain anything while on PCT, so i haven't lost any strength at all to date. think i should have rated this product a 10. if anyone does have questions about my cycle please let me know - will try to give as much information as possible.

Welcome back!! Wow... That is a lot to handle!! Props to you for stepping in and helping. Hope all goes well!!

I am a few days away from starting a new stack. Sunday will be 4 weeks on a PCT. I don't think I lost anything in the way of size and strength. I did however, hire a trainier... WOW!! what a difference. I was doing a lot of things wrong and on some exercises I was pulling and pushing some heavy numbers, but I was involving a lot of other body parts and not putting the emphasis on the body part I was working. It's been 3 weeks with the trainer. He put me on Creatine on day one. He wants me taking it for a while.

I am looking for him to help me pack on 10lbs of solid mass. He says no problem... We'll see!!

He also has me doing 4 days of cardio for 45 mins. Oh, and I am now doing yoga once a week. The yoga was not something I was looking forward to until I saw all the HOT women in the class... I was the only dude and there were about 15 hot chicks... I LOVE Yoga now!!

first off,
kidracer69 - all gains were lean, since i lost .5% body fat while on cycle, and strength gains were awesome. i think its easy on the hair, but i am not genetically predisposed to hair problems.

bluehair, thanks for your support - going through this is madness. great to see you got a personal trainer - i'm still learning that form is more important than the weight used, and never feel my lats working - the only way i can tell is if they hurt the next day. i think we get caught in the cycle that you have to show off at the gym by how much you can lift, but its really all about form and speed, with weight being third on the list. anyways good luck to you and your yoga! start a log brotha - i've noticed that seeing what i did last week really told me what to aim for the next week, and really helped me push myself like crazy.

the most interesting thing i learned this year is that seated shrugs really isolate the heck out of your traps. no more smith machine doing 225, 65 lb dumbells beat the snot out of me.
 
well, this post has all the sides i noticed while being on tren, so just do a search for epi sides i think. biggest bad side i noticed while being on tren was thinner fingernails. since tren is not methylated there's no liver toxicity, though it may be hard on the liver, so thats all i got for you since i've no first hand information of that stack. i'd love to give you more info, but i'd hate to steer you wrong.
 
I know i am diggin up an old thread. Well not really old, but the cycle has been completed.

Just wanting so see how pct went or is going, any signs of gyno or sides to speak of.

Could you give us a cliffs?Gains kept, your personal summary and report of it.

What was your PCT for this cycle and how did it work out? Did you do 8 weeks of just Tren Xtreme? Thanks in advance...
 
guys, read the first few posts, which lists pct and what i did, read the last posts, which lists ALL SIDES i noticed while on cycle and during PCT. If there are any other questions i did not cover in my 3+ week cycle (as annotated on my log) feel free to PM me since i rarely check up on a said and done thread.
 
to this day ( i am contemplating another cycle) i have lost a total of 1 lb of my gains, and kept almost all the strength - doing chins with a 35 plate. sled weight is at 525, so still a solid gain. pity they banned the stuff since my last post, though i keep seeing it for sale...
 
well, this stuff sounds better than the 19-nor ive got crap loads of, but I still cant find a PCT. thats driving me nuts...to bad it got put on the endangered species list..
