WTF is not to be compared with Ephedra, it has the energy kick to it for sure but it is a short term, not all day or anything. You will be so focused that you are one on one with the iron, you will beat it silly, laugh at it and then walk away so severely pumped you hurt :icon_lol: Does that sound good ?

GMS is a FAT thats where it all comes from.

This stuff does look pretty good. I hope no issues with stomach problems though. I have tried a bunch of different creatine products, and Green Mag works for me but it makes me run to the bathroom. I have given up on it, trying it all different ways, half dosing, with food....I'll probally try this stuff next.
