Alphamine

I'm on third shift and I dose 1.5 scoops before work and 1.5 pre-workout after work. I work from 11PM-7:30AM and workout about 9AM. Sometimes I do have to cut back to 1 scoop on the pre-workout dose because I will be too wired to go to sleep. This method has worked good for me do far.

I workout after I wake up around 3pm. A simpler question is, if the stims do not bother me, is there anything other than that to worry about when exceeding the recommended 3 scoops per day? It's not like I'm taking 4+ scoops in a 6 hour span.
 
Anybody taking alphamine and working midnights? if so, how you dose on your last night of work/first day off? I know PES recommends no more than 3 scoops in a 24hr period but I read some guys taking 4 scoops a day. My issue is that my last work night I dose at 3p and 9p. I cannot dose at those times on my first day off because I obviously won't sleep so i take my day off morning dose around 8a and my second dose which I make my 2 scooper around 3ish. This technically is 4 scoops in 24hrs if i hold off till after 3p for my 2 scoop dose. I do not sleep during the day on my first day off other than naps due to parental obligations. I am pretty stim tolerant and found that I can drink my coffee shortly after my alpha dose.

Any insight from some fellow alphaholics would be helpful. I know PES reps cannot advise against the label. I think I'm just over thinking this.

I work nighshift as well and I've tried dosing Alphamine in multiple ways trying to find the one that works best for me (since even on my days off I still try and remain on the nightshift schedule). I am usually up by 1-2PM and depending on if its a lifting day/how I feel I'll either take 1-2 scoops right when I wake up as part of my preworkout and then I'll take the final scoop around 8-9PM at work or when I start to feel tired. Sometimes I'll wake up, take 1 scoop preworkout, another scoop around 8PM, and then the final scoop around 2-3AM (don't get to bed until about 8-9AM).

This varies though because some days I'm doing cardio instead of lifting, or if its a day off and I'm lifting I will take Alphamine as soon as I wake up, eat, wait a few hours, then take a preworkout without Alphamine and workout... it varies.

Unfortunately for me the effects of 2 scoops is starting to become less and less for me :( and I'm not feeling 1 scoop at all anymore!
 
I feel a break from stimulants is in your future.

The effects of Alphamine will still be there i.e. lipolysis but if two scoops does nothing for you any more you are inevitably going to have to scale back at some point.

Unfortunately you are right. I need a break, big time! Once I finally get off night shift I think my caffeine intake will be cut back considerably. Its just that Alphamine is so damn tasty!

I've taken time off caffeine for almost a month now, if i do intake caffeine i keep it under 60 mgs. So i'm pretty excited to start some Alphamine here in the future.
 
I think I've taken 2 months off stims in the last 5 years..... just started Alphamine again and STILL get wicked effects, I can't imagine not feeling effects from 2 scoops even with no breaks lol
 
If I take 2 scoops of Alphamine in the morning can i take Craze or Enhanced at night before my workout or should i just take another scoop of Alphamine before my workout? My main goal is to lose a little body fat.

Yes, as long as the stims do not affect your sleep.

I enjoy using alphamine as a pre for the energy and thermogenic effects. You could dose it how you mentioned as well though.
 
OOS at Nutra?

Tried adding to cart, gives me warning that its OOS :(

I have 4 tubs of Alphamine sitting there, and you know what, they are lonely. No one to cuddle with. :(

Step 1: cut a hole in that tub
Step 2: stick your junk in that tub

My doctor and 911 said I cannot do that anymore. Its been 3 times this last month, that they have been to my house to "rescue" a situation.

Including the 2 times on Valentine's Day

How many alphaholics have their enhanced already? If so are you running alphamine with it? Would love some feedback on how well they mesh.

The crazy mixer in me plans to try that soon (considering I've been using Alphamine this month and I just got my Enhanced as well). :D

Should I go to every other day or see if the fish oil helps?

You could do the EOD protocol but I would up the fish oil dosage first and see if that helps. You could also add in cissus to help with the pain also.

Tbh i've never noticed any benefits from adding fish oil to eleviate joint pain, no matter the dosage. Cissus would be a better option if you notice no pain subsiding.

does anyone drink coffee while taking alphamine? i take 2 scoops of alphamine and go back to bed.

If I took 2 scoops and drank coffee... I would be going nutty crazy insane lol
 
no sir, i have like 5/6 cups of coffee while at work and then take a pre workout late at night that has around 300 mg of caffeine in it.

Wow thats insane. Does coffee even have an effect on you anymore haha. Have you ever taken a break off of stims?

yeah it still has an effect, when i take my pre workout around 830 pm i can't fall asleep until around 1:30 AM.

i take breaks from pre workouts but if i don't get coffee i get grouchy, headaches and can't get through a boring day at work.

Um yea I tried for a day last year... The headaches and fog was literally crippling... I made it to 6pm before feeling like I wanted to die so I popped 2 oep to level off and went to bed... Was a bad day... But I will admit I used to stack 2 or 3 Stim fat burners.. Now I only stack 2 at most during cuts and keep it to one stim and a non stim during reckmps n bulks.

Ya I know what you mean. I've never liked coffee unless its loaded with sweetner and creamer... but then its practically not coffee haha

Damn bro. 2-3 stim fat burners is intense haha. I'm actually glad I've never really liked coffee or had to reply on it. I can't say the same for Alphamine now though :D

Sounds like typical addiction symptoms
