Alphamine Addicts Anonamous

Have, don't recommend it though

I know it's delicious and makes you feel great, so its hard to stop at the label-recommended max of 3 for some people
 
I wanted to order an international alphamine without the y. Can I order a tub on the site and ask for an international version and choose my flavor? What flavors are currently available for the international alphamine?

I don't think PES would send it direct if it were illegal in your country.

Retailers often will, if requested in the order notes

Yes you can do that, I would recommend it even further if you are in keto, I know pumps can be hard to come by
 
Today is my alphamine cherry and HV cooler combined as i attack my back and hamstrings! We'll see how it goes! Tomorrow is my first refeed day, 1kg carbs, 160g prot and 25g fats. What you guys think, should i not take alphamine and shift tomorrow? Saturday is chest and biceps, gonna take 2 scoop alpha and HV, 2 pills shift and hit the gym. I'm thrilled to see that pump with muscles that are just filled with glykogen! :O
 
I've had to adjust dosing. I am taking 2 scoops in the morning followed by a scoop of ergonine. I work out in the evening so I take 1 or 2 scoops of HV before working out. I was taking an additional scoop of alphamine mid afternoon but it was making me jittery when the HV kicked in and giving me stomach issues while working out. Does my current dosing seem right?
 
Current dosing looks great,
Some people might space Ergonine further for the choline (also in alphamine)
But if your GI isn't upset, bonus for you and enjoy the run
 
I will probably wait a couple hours and drink ergonine for lunch then. After drinking my morning supps it usually gives me some GI issues.

I am starting back up on the EU version of alphamine in fruit punch, do you find it as effective as the international US version with the yohimbine, i have taken both in the past, but am not sure if i would benefit from ordering another tub of the US version.

The EU version is great, just replaced the Y to make it compliant.

If you already have it, give it a run and try it out

I find them pretty similar
 
I found US version to taste a little better. Im also fan of yohimbine. I've used both, but cant say if there were differences between them as i also used other supps.

Refeed 50%! Morning weight was 77,5 kg, now 77,5 kg. Muscles feel full :p
 
Due to being Keto when i carb-up or have a cheat re-feed day i am up 8-10 pounds the next day, but max of 1/2 or 1 pounds the week after, some times i have also been down 1/2 or even up to 2 pounds the week after the re-feed of around 1000 grams of carbs and 7-8k calories.
 
Went back to Alphamine because I wanted to try strawberry pina colada. Was not disappointed. Really good flavor.

Agreed. I'm on my second run of the flavor now. It's my wife's new favorite as well.
 
I have 5 open tubs of Alphamine. I go between Margharita, Strawberry Pina Colada, Rasberry Limeade, Appletini, and Fruit Punch. Fruit Punch is by far my favorite. Strawberry PC is my least favorite. It sort of tastes like a crayon after a few days of drinking it. Has sort of a wax flavor. Margherita and Appletini mix well together. Sometimes I like to take a scoop of each and mix together. I have been experimenting with mixing flavors lately. I have till Mar 1 then I cycle off for awhile.
 
I heard the fruit punch flavor has been improved on? Seems more people are liking it more than ever..

When it mixes, is it red?

When I had it yeah it was red, but that was the older version.

I will have to check again tomorrow when I use it. I know one of them mixes clear I just can't remember which one.

Fruit punch is pink. Such a beautiful drink to sip on. :)

Blue razz would be killer.
 
Has anyone found the (UK/EU) version of Alphamine to maybe dampen sexual experience? Maybe its the stims in it? I leave out the US version as when I took the version with yohimbine it did the opposite!
 
Yohimbe was initially, and is still used often, as an aphrodisiac

So it's quite possible it could benefit you with our Sa2.

International version will not hinder anything, just no Y in it for compliance

I would mix the Alphamine with water, and wash the ABE and EPro down with water. Most people can't swallow pills dry.

Erase Pro - 1 caps prior to first meal (if new version, 2 caps)
AnaBeta Elite - 2 caps prior to your two largest meals
Alphamine - 1-2 scoops upon waking fasted and 1-2 scoops later in the day or pre-cardio/workout (up to 3 scoops per day)

Great advice here. Bayne and I have also been known to take a night dose of ABE with your latest snack or meal closest to your bed time. Waking up feeling full and ripped is always a good way to start the day. I was shocked at how much of a difference it made especially nearing the 2-3 week mark. Are you running this the full 2 months?

I'm still going to wait a bit to open up my full Margarita tub, but I'm going to use the Margarita sample packet that came with my GenoFlex tomorrow morning. Been waiting to try this final flavour for a long while. I'll post my thoughts when I do.
 
I got myself a bottle of dexaprine xr, any way to stack it with alphamine and shift? Gonna give it a first try tomorrow with half cap :p

Alright so Margarita is my favorite supplement of all time in terms of flavour, and EASILY destroys any other Alphamine flavour for me. I won't be buying anything other than Margarita, save for a RL here and there for nostalgia's sake or for mixing. 1000/10 rating.

Oh you guys have new flavouring guys? That would explain why CPBC, GV, new Alphamine flavours, new E9 flavours etc. have been a step up from previous flavours, even though previous flavours were already stellar, so that's a big achievement.

I think it was just one change, before Select CPBC and GV came along.
The launch of the alcohol inspired flavours was great though I thought, Margarita included

Margarita is just plain awesome! Only problem is it makes me thirsty for some adult drinks! Once it hits your lips!
