Commonly you will see it either 2 norco AM/2 alphamine 6-8 hours later

Or each dose being 1/1

Assuming high stim tolerance and no fear for breaking the rules, it's not uncommon to even see 2/1 at each dose but that is absolutely not necessary to get the desired effects the label recommendations will work for you

Personally, I like 2 caps Norcodrene in the morning upon waking and then 2 scoops Alphamine pre-cardio.

I'll do 1 cap Norcodrene + 1 scoop Alphamine in between at some point during the day.
 
Do not underestimate the potency of Norcodrene my friend! It has a hell of a bite! Mixing with anything other than 1 scoop or less of Alphamine would be more than enough!

I can vouch for alphamine/shift stack...destroys your appetite and I can really eat. I did it upon waking 2 scoops alphamine and 2 shift then later in the day 1 scoop alphamine and 1.5 high volume then hit the gym. Curved all my side cravings.

I can't mix norcodrene and alphamine it's too much for me. Even norcodrene and a pre is too much for me I'm like buzzing for hours and I can never sleep good when I take norco after 4pm. Alphamine I can though.
 
For me, Alphamine is a delicious drink and I will use it pre workout but for daily appetite suppression, Norcodrene is the winner.

Norcodrene plus Shift is an appetite destroying stack.

Alphamine + Shift and Norcodrene + Shift are both stacks on sale at the moment if you know where to look. :)
 
So I'm sipping on a sample of margarita Alphamine right now (thanks kbayne) and I think this will definitely be the next flavor I get. Really refreshing flavor.
 
How long should I wait after a meal to drink Alphamine?

Thanks. I only drank half of the sample packet I have and wanted to drink the rest. So I'll wait 2 hours, drink it and eat my preworkout meal 30 min later.

Oh man you have been missing out! That time period with the new flavor releases killed me. I was so undecided on my new favorite flavor. Margarita has definitely stayed in my top 2 ever since.
 
Now I get the hype.. And the reason for this lengthy thread.. Just took my first dose of Raspberry Lemonade.. Holy damn is it delicious! Can't wait to try the fruit punch too. Now I see why y'all are addicted

RL is the TRUTH. I am very excited to try Margarita, and I'm going to have to wait a while until I do so, but I got a feeling it is going to be well worth the wait.
 
When the 3 new flavors came out, appletini was the favorite. Now I'm reading more about margarita. What's that flavor taste like?

Cause I don't drink. I was wanting to give appletini a try first.
 
Margarita is very good. It has the lime flavor, and I swear, unless I imagined it, it had the salt flavor too. It reminded me of melted lime flavor ice. Those popsicle tube things.

Appletini and SPC were both great as well.
 
Well recently I had a green apple Gatorade and it was like a green jolly rancher. I'm thinking appletini might be like that?

But I like lime. Hm...

Yes, it is along the lines of that jolly rancher IMO, but of course not exact, really difficult to describe

Margarita is enjoyable whether you enjoy the alcoholic beverage or not. It took my top spot for a good while. I'm back on that RL right now but keep margarita on hand to mix in every few workouts. Just can't stop! :)

Yeah Appletini reminded me exactly of a green Jolly Rancher, but with way more of a tart kick in the mouth.
 
I'm torn between flavors.

I told myself that the next flavor I needed to try was cherry limeade but I'm super interested in all 3 of the new flavors.

CL just got bumped up to my girlfriend's number one spot,

For me the other mew flavours are my top-tier.
I have been mixing RL/SPC together all week and really enjoying that as a combo as well

CL isn't that good IMO, but the thing about Alphamine is everyone's ranking differs. You gotta try em all to see where they stand in your own books.

I just open the tub and smile when I smell its deliciousness, knowing that I'm about to be drinking it. I mix it with C&P Aggro Bloodied Ogre flavor and drink it halfway through my long shifts at work and it keeps me focused and not hungry until I can get home and stuff my face.
 
omg my US version of alphamine came in, what a relief... it KILLS the Australian version 10 fold!!! tastes better, mixes better, better feel and no bloating.

Damn you Australia and your quality of supplements

Seems like Aus/NZ are THE places to be.....if you want ass quality supplements. 10/10 in that regard.
 
Finished my first run 2 weeks ago and two new tubs are already waiting to be consumed.. actually drank 2 scoops before studying today.. are the 4 weeks off absolutely necessary lol? Had great results while using this stuff during a strict low carb diet, will post some before/after pictures in the near future.

Yes, we recommend 4 weeks off. In between, you could run Shift if you're looking for additional weight loss until you hop back on Alphamine.
 
I would love to use Shift but it's sold out everywhere... I live in germany. Same with ABE and Erase : /
 
Ah, finally place where i can confess, that im an addict. Kbayne, is 4 week Off also necessary if you have been using EU version? Just ordered US Alphamine CL and bottle of Shift, cant wait to get started with them.

Do you guys suggest something more to My cut stack? Alpha+Shift+Ursobolic? Last spring was same except there was F95 not Shift. If I recall right, also low carb diet was suggested when doing alpha+shift?

3 tubes of RL behind, "I'm lovin' it!"
 
You still need 4 weeks off from the EU version,
That's great some US version is coming your way!

You can add as much to your stack as you wanted but that's up to your budget.
What you have already will be great, I love the combo.

Low carb diet was proposed to be better before, but really as long as your meals are spaced from the dosing it won't really matter.

RL is still my number one, in to see how you like CL
