I stack it with HV currently. Amazing pumps, energy and performance. Also sweating bullets the entire workout.
 
Grabbed a fruit punch tub with my last order. Been using it lately and man is it a blast from the past. I got a bit burnt out on the flavor during the initial release. After a break it might be even better than before!
 
Little question:
For best results, do you have to take alphamine every day or is only preworkout 3 times a week enough.?

Does sa2 (yoh) needs to build up in your body?

If you are using it as a pre and to get fat burning benefits through your workouts and after, you're fine doing it as you are. With this method you are also unlikely to build a tolerance which is handy.

If fat loss is your main objective here, dose it daily for best results, upon waking on your off days is the most popular method here.

What D2L said. The SA2-A extract doesn't need time to build up, you should feel it immediately and it should have benefits right away. The issue would be if only dosed 3 times per week you'd only be benefitting from the ingredient at those times (versus the typical twice a day dosing being 14x a week), so results/changes would take longer to manifest. If that makes sense. :)

Now that would mean in terms of actual fat loss and it should be noted there are quite a few other things working towards that in Alphamine (besides just the SA2-A). If you want it just as a energy/focus boosting pre-workout (with some extra benefits from the HICA as well in that time frame) then by all means dose it only pre-workout, just don't expect the maximum fat burning benefits of the formula.

Like others mentioned if using it as a fat burner and appetite suppressant. Daily use is definitely your best option. Others who aren't dieting use it as a pre-workout or energy/pick me up drink.
 
Has anyone had an increase in hunger when taking Alphamine? I bought mine a few months ago, just started running it (a week in), and honestly it seems like I can't get in enough food... I'm starving even after I eat. Just curious I guess.

Diet the same?
Expenditure?
Sleep the same?

I dropped 250 calories...now at 3250. Macros: 40p/30c/30f. Same workout schedule... 6 days/specific bodypart/about 1hr 30mins to 2hrs a session... 30-45 cardio every other morning. Only different thing is I've been taking Anafuse (2caps twice a day), for the last month. This only started when I added Alphamine. Do you think a 250 calorie drop could cause this??? I'm stumped. The only other thing I can think of is that I'm putting in more work due to anafuse (does that seem feasible?)

The culprit to the hunger increase is the Anafuse

Been going throw back with some RL lately. I love taking a break from a flavor and then falling in love with it all over again! Finally started the new shift and it is stacking very nicely! Hunger completely demolished!

Looking forward to trying shift Herr soon. Gonna run it to tighten up before Jamaica in January. Should pick up some alphamine before as I enjoy it quite a bit

Yeah...only problem is that when I've used Rhodia in the past I've not been able to sleep!
 
It seemed to have a cumulative effect. The first night slight disturbance but by the third night could not sleep at all and felt no tiredness.
 
Woke up for work after just 4 hours or so of sleep feeling like death. Hit the morning FP Alphamine and now I'm at work zinging! After cycling on and off for the last few years it shocks me that I still get such a kick from alphamine. Really enjoying stacking it with shift right now!
 
Yep. You will find dosing instructions on the back of tubs including any recommendations for how long to take off.

You mean people actually read those labels? But for real consumers should be well aware of anything posted on the ingredient and direction panels. If more were then people would already know who makes superior profiles. ;)
 
Since we know Adrenal fatigue isn't really a thing, what's the main downside to not taking a break from Alphamine? Downregulation and desensitization? I still get 90% of the kick I did when I started ~14 weeks ago. I know, I know, I should (and will) take a break, but I am legit mentally addicted to having my alphamine in the morning. I actually get excited to get out of bed for it.
 
We're all addicted ;)
Its best to take a break though sir, more than just stims at play. Anything thyroid boosting I suggest breaks from, even if just a 4 week break after a while on

Unbelievable to think how much work the guys behind the scenes are putting in. So many things to be thankful for from PEScience this last year.
