Alphaburn and sensory overload

My wife and I get this once every few months, and the only tie-in I get is Alphaburn.

We will be sitting in a restaurant or bar, then suddenly look at each other and sort of nod. It's like everyone in the room is 2 feet from us, yelling.

Anyone else get this?

I understand what you are talking about. When I use EC alphaburn and l dopa i feel that feeling enhance. It really has a strong positive effect on my mood as well.
 
Normally it is quite positive, but sometimes (could be the acoustics of the certain place) it is simply overwhelming.

I believe different styles of lighting may come into play as well. Thinking about it I most experienced this effect when I switch atmospheres drastically. For me it's walking in the lab from the outside.

You seemed to already be on the same place when you experienced your effects.
