always remember to take on empty stomach for fat loss.
Mornings are deadly for me, with cereal cravings. Alpha-Burn immediately upon waking kills them within 15 minutes.
ummm, no doubt. Im honestly having to force myself to eat in the morning and afternoon. Loving the mood and clean energy im getting so far matt. Girlfriend is also taking 2 caps a day and liking it alot. No negative sides at all (minus having to share my RPN goodies with her, lol)
always remember to take on empty stomach for fat loss.
Um why? Its just important to not take with carbs - never heard anyone mention you need an empty stomach
My current stack is
DCP
ephedra and alphaburn
B vits
Lean Extreme
phosphatidyl choline
neovar and lipo pm
and all the little things..
Nice stack. How about Eviscerate?
I think she meant pills. We growl at each other over the Eviscerate each morning.

LOL yeah I meant pills. I use the Eviscerate also. Although to be honest right now I'm just trying to maintain where I'm at. I'm not super concerned with leaning out. I would love to but I will have to jump in serious mode to get ready for the Olympia. Thats 8-10 weeks of serious diet. So right now I'm just taking it day to day.
Got my 2 bottles of Alpha burn in Mmmmmmmmmmm
i'm still trying to get to using AB every day, but I can't quite manage it workout days. the problem is i'm working out fasted, and when I use the AB although its great for burning fat for the workout for some reason just leaves my stomach a little iffy through a hard workout. i'm fine for cardio, so i'm not 100% sure what the difference is.
Its strange because I am having a ton of problems doing cardio???? Can't figure it out.
Mr.50
Really ? What kind of problems. I did 45 mintues today without issue felt great and dripping wet. I did sip Xtend during cardio
I am definately dripping wet from my cardio (but I always do so I cant really tell if it is more with AB) but my endurance capacity seems affected....I cant seem to do my cardio for as long and also when i do cardio at a fixed level of work output (ex. I usually do level 8 and I am still doing level 8) it feels much harder then usual. With the amout of sweating I am doing I am not sure maybe I am just getting dehydrated but.....
dehydrated is possible if you have Xtend try drinking it during your cardio . It does wonders for my endurance
'
and again, add some PLCAR PREWORKOUT to help with endurance.
OR maybe its the PLCAR thats helping my endurance and I gave the Xtend the credit : )
Jbrooks said:I came across a link on another forum and wanted to have something clarified. I've been taking Alpha Burn prior to cardio (really enjoying it) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I recently incorporated some BCAA's prior to cardio as well. I read that the insulin spike, although small, due to the BCAA's can have an impact on the efficacy of the yohimbine.
Should I drop the BCAA's, or perhaps wait until after cardio to consume them?
you could use leucine solo as well
Taking bcaa''s with an insulin mimetic will not only improve response but remove the prolonged anti-lipolytic effect of insulin.Really bad idea man... leucine is what causes the insulin spike ha. Going in the wrong direction on this advice

insulin tends to suppres hormone sensitive lipase, both blunting lipolysis and increasing lipogenesis....which means the sooner we can can spike then suppress insulin levels thje quicker we cn return to a state of lipolysis.I had no idea of the effect just responding in line with the logic that the poster used in thinking it would have a negative effect thus if this were true then luecine alone would be worse than bcaa. If this logic is not right then the opposite can be true an it could have additional positive effects
That aside...
How is this true? Why are carbs bad with A-yoh or Yoh if it is not insulin related?

WTF???
I was always told you can't burn fat with insulin present....?
So for someone on a keto diet leucine throughout the day would be a good idea?
EDIT:
I think I get what you are saying - if the poster had insulin active from a carb based meal then an insulin mimetic such as bcaa would have a positive effect by lowering blood sugar faster thus lowering insulin faster...
yep...you got it. the insulin signal is potent an important while prolonged insulin signalling promotes resistance.l
You're hired!

leucine doesn't undergo gluconeogenesis (hence the reason for it solo vs bcaas) , so there is no glucose in bloodstream. plus it does trigger anabolism so if there is a momentary spike in insulin from it, its just that - momentary and also doesn't affect ketosis, etc. When people start talking about insulin spikes i mean seriously how much do you think 5g of leucine "spikes" it anyhow? 5g of dextrose doesn't spike it that much.
no doubt, my brainpower and mood sucks when i go from maintenance to sub-maintenance and low-carb together. but today was refeed/cheat/carbup, so all is well tonitepeking duck with brown rice and mushu pancakes for dinner followed by local handmade ice cream. tomorrow will suck again
Dsade, approx how long after dosing Alpha-Y would I have to wait to eat cards. For example I usually wake up at 6AM and immediately take my supplements. At 6:30 I eat breakfast (1 Cup Dry Oats). Is 1/2 hour enough time to wait?
Half hour is minimum. 45 minutes would be ideal.

How far in advance of creative activity?
Put it this way...30-45 minutes before eating is plenty of time for the compound to become both neurally and physically active.
The effects are most potent for 2-3 hours, with a slight tapering down to the 5-6 hour mark.
So, for demanding creative work try to take it within an hour before.
Excellent. Demanding creative work; nice.
