Thank you brother appreciate that, only thing is , I'm out of time lmfao when I'm not working or at school I'm eating, hell I started eating in the gym , what j did do was add 1/3 cup almonds to dinner and this week I been eating chipotle for lunch full bowl triple meat avocado rice beans and a tortilla wrap, might not keep me as lean but I'll take it lol it blows to not see the scale move . Gunna add in the 19nor this Sunday at 200 for the 8 weeks which will take me right into week 14 so pct the next day after it's over

Dude I've had to throw in some dirty meals just so I wasn't eating literally all day lately.

Lmao thanks for the compassion brother. I got it figured out the 1 chipotle bowl a day plus buying a box of metrx big 100s to keep at my desk at work I'll have 2 a day 1 before lunch 1 after

A whole hell of a lot of sets up to 405x9 I think or 455 in not too sure
Then a bunch of bi tri supersets

Lmao I might just need to do that ! I have to edit the first post it was suppose to say "rest today possibly . Back tomorrow" lol still not sure about resting today . I can say this , eating chipotle every day has actually gotten the scale moving again by sure if it's the best but still feels better I'll keep you guys updated on that

Today was a rest day for me after squat and pulling last night...had sushi Chinese buffet so ended up going in for 4x6 on BB rows, 3x12 on BB shrugs and ran some light yoke for distance. Whoops lol

You guys know what the absolute best part about sushi is, always weighing more after lol had hibachi/sushi combo had from the hibachi full steak full tuna fried rice and noodles . From the sushi bar stuck with 2 rolls cuz was running broke lol but still enjoyed every second of it
 
Fuccing extremely pissed at my performance today , started getting a headache an hour before we closed at my job and then 2 hours later I thought it'd be gone but it wasn't , haven't had a headache all cycle so I don't believe it was related. Adding an extra half gallon of water for the day just incase but mad at my performance in the gym. Planning an extra awesome back day for Tuesday to make up for it today. Just hit a bunch of sets of barbell rows , 4 tbars , 4 pull downs, 3 straight arm pulldowns and 3 machine pulldowns not what was planed but all I could do with this headache

225x8 slow 275x5 slow 315x6 325x4 (both felt too easy) 225x12 185x12
Incline dumbbell
90x8 90x8 90x8 slow reps
Db Hex press/ Db reverse grip supersets
50x12/8 50x10/10 50x10/10
Pec Dec (highest t goes is 245)
245x12 245x8 changed it up to extremely slow and squeezing 145x12 145x12
Dip machine 10 second reps
8 8 8 (didn't record weight)

On the cable flyes went high med low but 7 push-ups in between each with no rest
High 50x7/7pushups med 40x7/7 push-ups low 30x7/7 push-ups
Did this twice and the pump was ridiculous
Hit 9 sets of triceps after and was fried at the end .

Yeah alpha I might fly down to FL and go lift with you on chest day to learn how to work my chest... wtf man that's crazy volume and weight!! Killin it here

Lmfao I've learned my lesson from many 5 am workouts , I absolutely must walk him before I go , even if he's still sleeping when I'm at the front door he'll run looking for me as soon as I get to the gym and start crying lmao
 
Ah see. That's where you all are failing. My wife gets up to workout at 530 and then she has to take them out because she's first. By the time I get up at 830, their tanks are empty. :)
