Thank you brother appreciate that, only thing is , I'm out of time lmfao when I'm not working or at school I'm eating, hell I started eating in the gym , what j did do was add 1/3 cup almonds to dinner and this week I been eating chipotle for lunch full bowl triple meat avocado rice beans and a tortilla wrap, might not keep me as lean but I'll take it lol it blows to not see the scale move . Gunna add in the 19nor this Sunday at 200 for the 8 weeks which will take me right into week 14 so pct the next day after it's over
Dude I've had to throw in some dirty meals just so I wasn't eating literally all day lately.
