alpha t-2, tt-33 and lean extreme

would it be ok to stack these 3 non-stim fat burners? i'm currently using just the at2 and lean ex -three of each divided throughout the day- but results aren't coming very fast (if at all) even though i'm on a reduced calorie, lower carb diet and have doubled my cardio. I was just wondering about the effect of all 3 on my thyroid. Thanks in advance
 
why 3 of the at2?Prior to adding in tt-33 I would p to 4 at2 if all things (diet, training) are in order.

I have been using at2 and lx for a bit as well, and find solid results from it

Do not take all three.

With your LX.. dose it like this.

1 first thing AM, then 1 four hours later. And if your work out is later in the day, immediately following your workout.

if it is earlier, let me know and I will remap the dosage for you.

As for the aT2, I am personally dosing 2 in the AM, then 1 more later in the day, depending on what I am doing in the day. T2 itself has a longer half life so you can get away with dosing twice per day and the larger dose first thing in the morning really kicks of the fat burning for me.

You say reduced calorie and lower carb diet, the two kinda conflict with each other, can you map out how many cals you get in a day?

because i thought you recommended that i up the dosage....did i misunderstand?

Well, to help prevent muscle wasting, I sip six scoops Xtend throughout the work day. I dropped one whole meal- meal number 3 which was eaten about 2 hours pre-workout. By dropping the whole meal, my calories are reduced by 500 and my carbs are reduced by 30. Maybe not a significant change but i also doubled my cardio. Actually, things are starting to happen now. I've dropped 5 percent fat and increased my lbm by two pounds-this over the last week or so. I think i'll just keep status quo and finish out the bottles and see where i'm at. At 45, this isn't as easy as it used to be!
 
I just started taking this stack (AT2/LX) but have been confused about dosing. I work out about 30-45 minutes before bed. Does that change anything about the schedule you described?
