Alpha Seven- Temperature

Not sure if this will matter to anyone, but it may be nice for those of us with real thyroid issues. Since this fake-flu crap has been going on I have to be screened daily before entering the prison. Each morning at 7am I have my temperature checked. The past 2 months or so it has always been in the 96.5-97.5 range using one of those head scanner type devices. Last Friday I had a temperature of 97.8 and this morning I was floating at 98.2.

Just to note, I have my blood work done every 6 months and I haven't had an oral temperature of 98+ since I couldn't tell you. I am on 112mcg of Sythroid per day and have been on this for a little over a year. I noticed on my last blood test that my TSH had climbed quite a bit and that usually shows that you don't have enough thyroid hormone as you all know this already. So, it maybe interesting to see what the A7 does in this regards. I'll pay attention to the temps and hopefully they'll continue to climb for me. I'd like to be close to 99F!

I personally run anywhere from 96.5 in the morning to close to 99 deg in the evening. I am an evening type and my metabolism goes into overdrive in the evening, giving me tons of energy and making me fall asleep around 2 am.

AAS also raise body temperature and resting heart rate from my experience.

I've been taking Virus from Vicious Labs, which contains T2 and I take my temperature on it and it goes up about 1 degrees for about 4 hours, so I can tell it's really working.

98.1 at this morning scan. Also had a killer session this evening. I haven't squatted anything over 225lbs in over a year or so. Really haven't done much squatting at all to tell the truth. This evening I decided to work on one of my old favorites, the Bottom Position Squat. I was blown away with the lift I made, I hit 340x3, and could have probably pushed 1 or 2 more out but I didn't want to go that far for the first time in several years.

This before I injured my knee training BJJ and I'm wearing knee sleeves here too. 2 years ago, I think I can pass this lift up if I'm smart. I want 405lb's.

had a nice strong one today. Its been a long time since I've lifted weight this heavy. I think that there was possibly 5 reps there, but no need to pus it with my injured knee. The A7 has been treating me good in every way!

He is loving it. He said he feels tight and is horny all the time. He is retired so he has the time to do a lot of different things throughout the day. Right now he is wearing a 20lb weight vest around the house all day. He and my 90 year grandfather stay busy doing lots of yard work and he wears it while doing all that stuff too. This and the A7 has him tightening up good.
