alpha one and winni?

I just ordered a bottle of alpha one and I have some real winni. I would like to run them together or back to back finishing with the winni since the gains from alpha one can be somewhat wet.

I already have the cel on cycle 3 pack and a bottle of cel PCT assist. For the on and off cycle. What else should I get to go along with it? Aromidex or a serm? Is the gaspari nolvadex any good?

Gaspari = Novedex XT

What you'd want = Nolvadex (Tamoxifen)

I'd suggest doing a lot more reading on PCT and looking through cycle logs of other users before actually doing anything.
 
Lots of ph experience & steroid experience here, but alpha one is new to me.
Back in he day I did m1t & md1t and backed it with winni with the normal PCT and liver protection then did clomid and trib. for my PCT ( not m1t & md1t at the same time).
Since I am older and wiser now, I am looking at the safest way to run the two together and keep a happy liver and not go through a major long term shut down during PCT.

Is novadex prefered over clomid now? I was just looking to add a little extra buffer to my PCT once I am mixing a methylated compound and a real steroid that is not methylated.

I didn't mean to imply that you didn't have experience in the area, but when you asked about Gaspari Novedex, I was a bit concerned, because a lot of people confuse that for Nolvadex. You'll hear arguments from people on clomid vs. nolvadex. I haven't heard a clear "one is better than the other" aside from people's individual preferences and also using one or the other for specific compounds. There's also torem, too.

I would highly suggest posting this in the anabolics / cycle / post cycle section to get some better help.

I was thinking of overlapping the last week of the alpha one with the winni.
Bad idea? Wait the extra week to start?

What's 'honking?' lol. Lay out the schedule for me and i'll help you.
 
I was going to go with the dosing on the label, but if you have a better suggestion, i'll go with that.

I am a pretty lean 225lbs, 39 y/o, no PH for over a year, do cardio/ boxing training for 1 hour 5 days a week, lift for 1 1/2 hours 6 days a week.

I am doing 2 wini a day for the second 4 weeks. I might overlap the end of the alpha one with the first week of the winni and run it for 5 weeks.

Should I "preload" the cycle with a month of on cycle since I have not done anything for over a year?
