So, I'm thinking about this cycle. Those headaches I had those couple of days, I haven't had since I upped my water intake and increased the hawthorn berry. BP back to normal. The weird thing is that my weight was back down 2 pounds this morning. I've decided to just do weigh-in's once and not really worry about that. One thing that I have noticed is that I've been having a hard time going to sleep the last 4-5 nights. I take my last dose about 4 hours before bed but I'll lay there for an average of 2 hours and sleep like crap. That's not usual for me. I haven't noticed any other sides. Still looking forward to the weeks to come though.

Take some ZMA Brotha!! or some hgh as well that will help you sleep through out the night!!! Either some ZMA by prima. . hghpro by AI. . .also igh-1 or ghenerate by lg sciences all do wonders!!! plus will help with recovery!

According to what I've read, it's methyl-1-alpha that has some conversion to M1T.

Take some ZMA Brotha!! or some hgh as well that will help you sleep through out the night!!! Either some ZMA by prima. . hghpro by AI. . .also igh-1 or ghenerate by lg sciences all do wonders!!! plus will help with recovery!

I actually have some ZMK, but those are some good ideas too. I got some Animal PM too, I just hate being dependent on anything for sleep, but I might have to for this cycle.

i wuznt ready to experiment with this one, I traded it for M1T. I will tell you im quite happy i did, really like the results from my bold/m1t stack, looking forward to seeing what m1t does by its self at a lil higher dose next tyme

lol, I know my friend but I'll cut it off if sides get too nasty. I got plenty of supports too, like my cycle assist, Liv52, and SAM-e which is an amazing liver protector. I've heard of the diminished gains but that's why I dose my supports and my ph's a few hours apart to help minimize that.

Hence why you can take 60mg and not see a dramatic strength increase in wk 1. Cause with m1t you strength blows up almost right away.

That's about what I figured. I know M1T is insane in gains but also in sides and FAST shutdown. It seems like there was some conversion but I guessed, as you did, that conversion is pretty low, especially if it has to undergo 2 metabolic processes to convert it to the that target hormone. But I have seen really good logs and CEL puts out some solid stuff so I'm confident that it'll still work pretty well. Obviously M1T itself would be much stronger, you'd also only need like 5g of it! I got just over a week left till I add in the Alpha One to my Tren. Hopefully I'll see some good results and be able to keep the sides in hand.

Good news, I'm finally seeing something. I added reps to just about every exercise today, took 2 weeks though.

I felt good and wanted to push myself harder so I added the last two exercises. Since everything was rest-pause, I actually finished my whole workout in 50 minutes.

I did my extreme stretches afterwards.

I then shot some ball for about 45 minutes. That was a mistake cause it inflamed my knee since it didn't have time to fully recover since wednesday when I played on it and workout my legs.

I noticed that I'm starting to get some atrophy so I'm starting the hcg today. 500iu's sub-q. I know it would have been better to start it from the beginning, but with all the controversy surrounding tren (especially Kilo Sports) and how some users didn't notice anything but others had amazing gains, I wanted to see how it would affect me personally.

Also, since I've been having a hard time sleeping while on the tren, I took my last dose last night right as I layed down so I could hopefully get to sleep before it kicked in. That was a mistake. I was awake until 5am and just now got up. Talk about a miserable night. I'm thinking I'm going to have to do 2 in the am and 1 afternoon and none in the evening just so I'll be able to sleep at night.

Methyl XT is NOT an M1A clone at all. EST tried to market it as that in the beginning but quickly recanted;)
 
Week 2 Review​

I end this week at 197.5 pounds. So a total gain of 1 pound for the last week. My strength gains were only first noticed during my last workout, with the increase in reps.

My BP has been good, no headaches, 112/78 so pretty good on that.

No sides at all except for the lack of sleep and getting really hot at night. I was finally able to sleep well last night, but I took my last dose several hours before bed and took an Animal PM as well.

Nothing else to note so far, been a quite cycle so far. Hope week 3 brings in a bit more. Week 3 will be my last week on just Tren at 90 mg. Then I add in the AO.

I did this one as a burn out exercise. I did a variation of rest-pause. I did my right arm, followed immediately by my left arm, and then immediately back to my right, and so forth. This allowed a very short recovery time for my biceps.

Extreme stretches completed afterwards.

Not pleased about the pumps. Haven't had those since an epi cycle a couple years ago. time to start the taurine. I went up in reps and weight on some exercises and my legs were shaking when I was done. I also had some good arm pumps going on with my bi's and forearms. My boys are hiding up north alot further then I'd like so I took another 500iu of hCG today.

I slept very well last night, but I cheated! :D I had a very busy day today and knew I absolutely needed my sleep. Tonight I will not take any sleeping aids and see how my new tren dosing scheme works.

The taurine helped alot as did the second dose of hCG. Wish I had a way of getting some videos up like I did with my last log.

I forgot to do my extreme stretches today, ah well...next time.

I took 3g of taurine before my workout today and that helped a ton, barely felt the back pumps. I had GREAT pumps after this workout. As for the sleep, it seems to work much better dosing the last dose earlier. I've been able to get to sleep better, and while I still wake up often, I can still get back to sleep. No other sides or pros noticed.

I don't start the AO until Monday, but libido is starting to decrease some. Nothing major though. Oh, and I couldn't sleep again last night. :angryfire:

Yeah, I've been taking ZMK (MST's version of ZMA but I figured the added 5-p-5 would be good on this cycle) and I also have Animal PM with melatonin and valerian root and all that crap. I dunno. I was so tired from NOT sleeping that I fell asleep in one of my classes today.

I alternated my right and left without any rest between any of the sets. Got a good pump from them.

Did my extreme stretches afterwards and shot some bball for about 40 minutes. Used IntrAbolic and Labrada ElistiJoint as my intraworkout. I started getting some slight back pumps today but they were minor. I think the 4g of taurine pre helped alot with that.

My only real complaint as far as sides goes is the sleep difficulty. That and the disappointing strength gains so far.

Me too bro. :( It's so frustrating. I know I'm eating enough and pushing myself hard. I'm so disappointed. The only other PH that I've taken that I've seen this little results with is Cynostane. I expect a lot more then a couple reps on SOME exercises by three weeks in. Definitely time for some Alpha One!
 
Week 3 Review​

I end this week at 198.5 pounds. So again like last week, a total gain of 1 pound for the last week. My strength gains are a joke. This week was just tren at 90mg ED.

My BP is a little higher but decent, no headaches, 128/86.

The only side I have noticed is the consistent sleep problems. My libido is good and there's no atrophy, but that's due mainly to the hcg. I've been doing 500iu twice a week.

I am extremely disappointed in this cycle so far. I should be seeing something more after 3 weeks.

It's definitely time for the Alpha One. I will start today and run it at 3 caps (60mg) through the next 3 weeks. I'm seriously contemplating dropping the tren. If I start seeing more sides then gains or if I start having good gains on AO but the tren still negatively impacts my sleep, then I will drop it.

I tried MST RagNOrok Ultra, Crushing Punch flavor, the stim version. I had the blue raspberry stim free version and loved it. This one however was disgusting. One of the absolute worst flavors I have ever had for a pre workout. I took double the dose (two scoops) and didn't really feel anything either, however, I was tired from the lack of sleep.

HOnestly i didn't mind the the punch flavor. . hmm thats wierd. . .you'll have to play around with how much water you use. . . but you know what they say. . different strokes for different folks!

Yep, today is day 3. I skipped my workout today to help a friend move in, which is a workout in itself, but right before I left to go over, he called and said he already got it done this morning...so now my schedule is messed. I'm going to hit up the gym tomorrow after class and before I leave for the olympia!

BTW, I'm not sure of what internet capabilities or schedule I'll be looking at when I get there so updates will probably be limited this weekend until I return.

You are going to have a blast at the O. My mom got blood clots from her knee replacement surgery and is the hospitol for 2 days then i'll be taking care of her the next 2 weeks.

Had a great time at the Olympia. Met tons of cool people. I had an unplanned workout Saturday with the iForce team at the Las Vegas Gold's gym. That was a great gym. We shot some video of Dusty Hanshaw. Dude is a beast! I put ups some solid numbers but I had a good spotter who also gave me good pointers as well (iForce Dave). I did a full set of flat bench at 225 which I haven't done in a few months, and then for the first time I went for it at 275 and got one rep...but I think most of that was Dave! :D The funny thing is that I did HS incline press and I was able to do ~300 pounds, but on the HS incline at my gym I'm like at 185...huge disparity for the same exercise.

Some of the more notable people that I go to met were: Lee Labrada, Troy Alves, Victor Martinez, Andy Haman (cool story about this one), and UFC fighters, Rich Franklin, John Jones Bones, and Nate Marquart (spl?). Also met a bunch of board people and gotta hang with several of them. On my way home I was on the same plane as Andy Haman. We got to talking at baggage claim and appearantly he lives pretty close to me. He invited me to workout with him so I jumped at the opportunity. I will be training pecs with him early tomorrow morning.

So today I did just back to keep from overtraining but still get a workout in. I did pull-ups, seated rows, yates rows, and pendlay rows.

Also, I used the new SuperPump Max, fruit punch blast. It mixed very well, with very little foaming that dissipated almost immediately. I'm not a fan of fruit punch but it was actually very good. So far I was pleased but it had to undergo the ultimate test...performance, how did it effect me in the gym? Well, I felt the stims kick in quickly (BTW I took the whole sample pack which is technically two servings---thanks to |ceman for hooking me up), but I was never jittery. I felt great in the gym and had good vascularity in my arms even though they were only hit secondarily. I also didn't crash. I have to say that I was very impressed with SP Max and enjoyed it.
