Been reading up on Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) and looking to start both of these for significant anti-aging and cognition improving properties, as well as fat loss if that occurs.
Would be interested in feedback from others taking both of these and the type of benefits you have experienced.
Is around 1gram of each first thing in the morning each day a good dosage?
