Always man.. never will use a shirt or anything.. I wouldn't respect myself if I did.. hahahaha.. I only go super heavy every other week.. I naturally train heavy but to go super heavy is a once in a while thing..

Honestly bro, the Smith machine.. since its an already controlled movement can perfect the form.. also work your forearms... That is a huge thing for me..

I like grape juice better tbh, but I really like anything purple most of the time. It tastes so much like actual grape juice it's amazing. Sad it is discontinued. Going to be making an attempt at snagging 3-4 more tubs b4 they are gone forever.

I think my Beast mode switch is broken. I've been trying to disengage it since today's workout but it's still at full power.
