got back from the gym.. gave myself lke a liftathon feel... bench 290, squat 400. and deadlift..a pr... 500!!!!!

Squats 135x10 (warm-up)
4 sets of 225x8
2 sets of 245x8
1 set of 275x8
1 more set of 275x8 turned it into a drop set and hit 135 for 8 more.

Leg press 4 sets of 12.
Leg extensions 4 sets of 15( 3 second assisted hold at the top each rep)
Seated leg curls 4 sets of 12
Walking lunges 20 paces with 20's 25's and 30's in each hand.
Lying leg curls 4 sets of 12-8

It was my last day on sd so I had to finish strong. Starting weight 161 woke up this morning 178.6. :) AFTER dropping a deuce.

Thank you bro, yupppers it was. I have been training because the week before football we have our lift-a-thon, with three weight grops <180, 181-200 201+.. and the kid withe the highest total in each wins.. the kid with the highest best on weight (like min would be 290/190 + 400/190 + 500/190) and you get a shirt if you break 1000lbs

Today, my buddie was like "dude, you squat more than i can deadlift" than my other one was. "he bench more than i can squat"

Because I just got done watching The Dark Knight on TNT with my fiancée, trying to explain what was happening so she'd be prepared for tomorrow's viewing of the new movie. Of course she was falling asleep and missed the last half hour of the movie.
