If you don't mind me asking what's the beef with this dude? Boy sure if I know his screen name though.. I noticed you got heat with this guy..

I just don't like his unnecessary ****iness and attitude, shameless flexing vids and constant bumping of his lifts on all forums. Then if he gets any comments that aren't "great job" he acts like a little b1tch. I told him when I saw my first ever vid of his that he should check his attitude and he basically brushed it off as me being jealous, made some comments about my deadlift and my lack of aesthetics lol. He's a tool.

He's like one of those piece of sh1t punks at the gym you were talking about the other day when you did the lateral raises with 75s +.

you alphas better check into my alpha log beforw this alpha is done for a while being an alpha in the gym so he can be an alpha on the field

Like any other alpha, I was one just part the pack. I was once a follower. Through mistakes, trials, and error, and all the times I was kicked down, I got my ass right back up and kept going. I never once let anything, not even the "alphas" hold me back or hold me down... I grew to become a strong individual, not just physically, but emotionally as well. My God, and my late father has shaped me into the person that I am today. Being a new father myself to a beautiful 1 year old princess, I want to be what every new dad wants to be for his daughter, their first love, and their ROCK. Its our duties to be just that. We work our butts off, to provide for a better future for them, alongside living in the moment... A true leader and Alpha...

As far as fitness, nutrition and training, I live for this. Before my father passed away at the young age of 49, I always thought to myself, "what could I do to keep this man with us".. I loved my father very much, and til this day I can't get over the fact that he is gone.. I still think to myself that had I not gotten into nutrition and exercise and diet, maybe I could have done something to prolong his life.. this is what drives me. I don't want to see people suffer the way my father had. He fought long and hard til the day our Father took him home.. I got into fitness and nutrition before I graduated high school and never looked back. It became my passion to help people life better lives not just through fitness and nutrition but with God as well. I've helped many, many people achieve their weight loss goals or weight gain goals. I have some who healthier blood pressures and cholesterol, and some who are kicking diabetes in the butt.. it just takes time to get to know people and listen to what they want for themselves, and taking charge in helping them. And what better place to meet these people that at the best nutrition store out there. I manage such a store out here in Hawaii, and we are doing great here. USPLabs is a huge staple here and these products DO help my customers. And being the manager, that's where being Alpha kicks in because I get to set the example for my workers to achieve something higher than just a sales associate. I'm training leaders in fitness and nutrition along with supplements.. like I said its my Passion to help others better themselves. The Alpha is the one who takes control like I do..

I'm kinda pressed for time, but I will give a quick summary of my story...

Towards the end of 2011 I started getting tired all the time and everyday activities slowly started becoming a struggle. At the same time a started losing weight without any changes in diet. In about 2 months time I went from around 215lbs down to below 160lbs. I was left very weak and simple things like getting out of a chair or walking up stairs took everything I had. For some unknown reason I was experiencing severe malabsorption and getting nothing from the food I ate. After months of being in and out of the hospital and seeing many doctors I got my situation somewhat under control with the use of digestive enzymes and a massive increase in calorie consumption. I decided to get back in the gym last June after losing the results of about 15 years of training. I was faced with having to rebuild myself (naturally) from the ground up while dealing with the new way in which my body handled things. It was a little depressing struggling with weight that I previously lifted when I was 14, but I stuck with it and worked my ass off consistently. It's now been a little over a year since I started my comeback and I've been making great progress every week with hard work and determination both in and out of the gym. I'm currently back up over 200lbs and my strength has tripled on most of my lifts. My mission is far from over, but I'll be back to where I was if not in a better position before I know it.

Definitely alpha!

Okay so I guess I'll throw my name in the hat! My alpha story goes like this.....

I started training pretty seriously a little over two years ago at 142 pounds. I was small and scrawny and wanted nothing more then to be big and buff! I set out with great work ethic but just couldn't get where I needed to be because I was so stuck on a sh1tty diet. I gained about 10 pounds of muscle just through working out consistently alone but still had no clue how much diet effected training. After a year I was at about 154 pounds and this is when I cut out all types of fast food and pop not too mention cigarette's. (The best decision of my life) Edit: With the help of a friend who grew up in my area (fl3x) I changed up my diet and learned the importance of good carbs and supplementing and this is when the changes catapulted. I started supplementing and eating right but would not do cardio for the life of me. I put on a solid 15 pounds in less then 6 months just from a the diet change and a pretty decent hdrol run. I wasn't happy though I wanted to be at 185 or nothing! I started eating nothing but oatmeal with peanut butter and tuna fish/peanut butter sandwiches all day! Taking in way too many calories and having a less then succesful run with SD. I ended up being chubby but standing proud at 179. I was shocked at the fact that in less then 2 years I had put on nearly 40 pounds. This is when I realized bulking was no longer what my focus should be on. I studied and watched people around the forum like Rickrock and Morry and constantly bugged them about tips and tricks on how to maintain that chiseled look. Went on a cut which was hard for me because my mind was set on gain, gain, gain. The cut was pretty successful and I was happy getting down to 165 and starting to see some ab definition. Now came the alpha part, I took part in a transformers competition where I really stepped my alpha game up. I started doing cardio for 30 minutes everyday, abs for atleast 15 minutes everyday along with weight training 6 days a week. The results were incredible, I wasn't even able to grasp the fact that the person in the pictures was me. My story is living proof that if you don't hold yourself back and really commit to something you can achieve anything! Including alpha status! Here are some progress pics for you bros. The first is the month before working out. The second is at 179 before I cut and the last is a month ago in my peak of alpha.
