Bro I don't miss a meal or a protein shake without it... It helps me utilize the carbs and nutrients more efficiently feeding my muscle cells and not my fat cells..

SLINshot fan for sure, but I have been using it for months. So I'm takin a SLINshot break and going to try this AP. :D

My fave at the moment.. AP and Powerfull.. don't get me wrong, they all play a huge role in my training.. those are the two I started with and haven't looked back..

Powerfull is so legit. I sleep like a damn baby. I wake up and my arms will have fallen asleep and hurt like hell cuz I just sleep through it all. I almost slept through the fire alarm at my house today lol.
