Somebody think of a clever name that is like "living legends" except it's mythology then you could pick a titan or a god
 
The true Alpha Crew started out as 3... Then took on 1 more...
 
What are you guys going to name your new crew? As it is your job as founding alphas.
 
I'm starting my own crew called "Halovar" because they are so Delicious!! I'm snacking on one now!
 
I might start my own crew " The Whole Milk Crew" Or TdubMC for short. Depends on how this titans/gods thing goes down :)
 
The alpha crew isn't dissolving. The founding members are just going elsewhere. The others that USP have made Alphas are still the same : ) no big deal. We just don't want to be tied up with companies : ) the alpha crew remains!!!!

People were initiated not by us but by a company. We love u all but its like any other group

I don't care that much really I just read something off google. They all look very official when you don't know. I'm pretty sure Kratos is the Greek god of Strength though.

Cratos is the personification of strength and power. I'm not sure if he's a God per se but he is immortal.

Hercules or Heracles is the half God half human son of Zeus. If I'm not mistaken he is to become a God when he dies and his gift is extraordinary strength, even greater than that of the gods. His greatest weaknesses being his human arrogance and lack of wisdom.

Yep but Perseus did not have the same gifts that Hercules did. I don't know what made them so different but I don't believe Perseus had the strength of Hercules but at the same time I don't think he had the arrogance either.
 
Lol sorry about the hijack but greco-roman mythology has always fascinated me. One of the richest cultures to inhabit our planet IMO.

Agreed!!!! Even if you look into theology and every modern day religion the stories are all relatively close to Greek/Roman mythology

Yeah I was going by the encyclopedia. With him being the personification of strength, along with his siblings who were the enforcers of Zeus.

A new crew thread is in the works, as far as I can tell it's going to be called TdubMC, short for The Whole Milk Crew. Everything is in speculation right now.

Heres the deal... We all claim to be an alpha, but do we "walk the walk"... Being an alpha is more than just thinking your a bad ass. It's about living your life and being a leader. The leader of the pack that sets the example for those below him to follow.

Heres the first contest:

What have you done in the last 6 months to prove you're a leader in this iron game?

Ill pick 5 Alphas that post up their story. You can post more than once if its a separate story. Selections happen Monday, 7-16-12. 5 winners will get a FREE bottle of Test Powder. 2 of these LUCKY Alphas will ALSO get a bottle of our next release, Jack3d Micro.

Lol Idk man. I'm just a regular guy, I lift cuz I love it but I'm not the best; yet. I am no greater than anyone else, I work to provide for my wife and help people when I have the tools to do so. Not quite as alpha as all of you guys, but I'm still a work in progress ;) in more ways than one!
 
Not only do I stay on top in the gym but I'm also respectful and very helpful. As I get my training done I will take the time to go out of my way to help a stranger in need. Small tips or showing how something is really suppose to go can go a long way with people. I want to set an example... Not just be the crazy litter in the gym who people are nervous around.

I'm a teacher and I often work out at our fitness center after school. I show kids that fitness doesn't end once they graduate and stop having phys ed classes. I've also taught community ed fitness classes for district residents who want to use our facilities. I don't claim to move massive amounts of weight nor aspire to; I enjoy working out, challenging myself, and challenging others to push themselves in their fitness goals.
