I want to start a thread asking for advice about recomping in about a month, I'll need info things I should add or subtract from my stack and diet. What section of the forum do you guys think I should post it in?

Word, well basically my goal would be to recomp, the supps that I want to run to facilitate this are Anabeta Elite, X-gels, and test booster either LG Form-x or a combo of that and Ape. I see a lot of people taking goji berry and saw that maybe I could use carnatine to go with the x-gels. I would be using agmatine and Hemo Rage PWO also. Intra I use intrabolic or Xtend. For diet I'm kind of in the dark as to how a recomp diet differs from a bulk or cut. I have read a bit about people eating different macros on lifting and rest days but I am unsure as to how to optimize it.

Definitely run carnitine. Carnitine helps transport long chain fatty acids into the mitochondria. Aka fat to be burned. Also add CLA into your stack. 8g per day.

Holy supplement bill Batman! You think all of that is necessary?! I'm not being a dick that's just a lot. Ok let's street with nutrition what do you know about macros when to use Carbs when not to. Protein, fat, Carb ratios etc...

Do I think it's necessary? No. Do I think it's gonna be one hell of a stack? Yes. :) About diet, I don't know much of carb cycling, but I have a full comprehension of macros and how to meet them.

I'll speak on the sups... Man save your cash. Find your favorite pre work out with the ingredients you want. I like using luxury pills sometimes (things like c20, anabeta & so on) but nothing works likes the basic. Especially when a lot of items can be had for cheap.
Creatine, Pre w/o, DAA, & just eat good; That would be a good suggestion for a nice basic start. Protein can be in there too... All that can be had for around $70...
If you got some cash then yeah play around by all means; its good to go unnesscary once in a while,one of my favorite things to throw in my stacks are pump products... I'm addicted to that big & juicy look...

Conjugated linoleic acid. Look it up. If you want to recomp it'll be worth more than a Pre workout and half the other crap you want to take.

I have cash, plus I want to use these products together, I have had the privilege of logging both the form-x and the ABE, I owe it to the companies to at least buy a couple bottles IMO. If I use APE it will be because I got it free for being the M&S forum member of the month. (Shameless plug) I already have all the intra from some facebook giveaways and plenty of PWO. I already ordered one of the x-gel bottles too so tbh it won't take much to get the rest.

Honestly bro you can create some sick stacks with just 2 or 3 products. Also, if you eat properly for your pre workout meal the intra workout supp can pretty much be dropped. If and when you get your diet in line you can really maximize what these supplements are trying to do for you.

Have you ever ran all of these supplements? Together, solo or otherwise?

Beat me to it. Looks like your set, good luck. IMO you're throwing throwing your money away. You have cash? Awesome! Buy some food. Sounds like you were asking for advice but are already set on what you're going to do just wanted someone to agree with ya. Don't take this the wrong way but supplements are for supplementing an already perfected diet. My 2¢ my opinion. Do with it what you will but either way log that shít and I'll follow. Though we disagree I still got your back : )

Yeah I'll read it PM incoming, the intra was free, I always eat oatmeal and whey protein pre workout. My diet is on point honestly I've been bulking since march calculating my macros and percentages based on my weight as it has increased. I've gone from 163 at 8.3% BF to 176 at 9.1% now I'm about 183 and I get my fat checked monday. But I definitely want to learn more. I have ran both Anabeta elite and I'm running form-x right now. X-gels I have not used.

Nice. I'm not going to knock you at all. Enjoy your stuff! Just make notes of how the products affect you so you if they are worth a purchase in the future or not. I'm always spinning a good carb/protein meal pre work out & then a good pre w/o & pump sup and 5g minimum of creatine a day. ;)
I don't believe in too many OTC test boosters but Form X should be solid -DAA-.
