Hit my own pr on squat today. Nothing spectacular but when I played football and was at my strongest (pre army) I could never stand back up with 315 but I hit it for 2 today. Granted I'm a good 10-15 lbs heavier it still felt good. Also hit 185x6 yesterday and I only expected 4 or so so that was a good day too.

It was not even my back or arms day, but with all that built up, I had to unload.. Better to throw weights around instead of throwing someone around... Sorry guys just had to vent...

2nds take away a lot of game times... Movie nights all of that. Good bar shift. I use to like 3rd though myself.
Not really related but I'm picking up an 82 280ZX in the next few weeks for a project car. Hoping to put a VH45 in it. Would be a hell of a car with 8 cylinders under the Hood.
