Lmao I'm thinking your being sarcastic but I run a press line that makes car parts. We supply Chrysler, Chevy, Ford and a few others.

Its pretty good man! I always cook gourmet for myself, if you don't value yourself enough to treat yourself right, why would anyone else?

You guys ever wish that we could go back primal and just go fücking primitive? Like be out on the hunt in the wild killing our food with our bare hands?!

I don't know guys I feel like as a society men have been pussified. With the Womens empowerment movement I mean equal rights movement ; )

I'm not saying that I think women should cook and clean, hell I do all of that for myself, but during that time men were demonized by a lot of feminists and it had a big backlash and I believe is the result of all of these man boys we have in the world. I strive to be the best man I can in all ways, being a father, strength, knowledge, guardianship etc...

Remember its not just important to build strength but also knowledge and emotional stability. Don't ever give up on your dreams, I've come from nothing and am building a life that most of the kids I grew up with (having everything handed to them) would kill for, they've told me. I'm living proof that if you never give up; just like getting that last rep in, you won't fail. Never be complacent everyone always has room to grow.

Stay positive life can always be worse than it is, that's a guarantee. Give me an example why today is the absolute worst day and I can give you one of how it can be worse. A positive mind state is a skill that must be practiced, its just like strength; you have to build on it to get better and better. Strive to be the best man you can day in and day out and that my friends is building onto your already alpha foundation.
