Did some sprints today on the treadmill in the hotel gym for about a half hour. Only took 1/2 scoop of Maximize V2 and 1 scoop of Hemavol since I wasn't lifting. Gonna hit that bad excuse for a weightroom again tomorrow before the plane.

Endurance was sky high on the sprints though, which usually isn't the case. I don't know whether to attribute it to Intimidate, Maximize, or Hemavol... but in any case, I liked it.
 
Didn't get a chance to post my workout from yesterday. Did another one in that crappy hotel gym, but still, something is better than nothing. 1/2 scoop Maximize V2 and 2 scoops Hemavol pre-workout. Had a bit of a hangover from the night before so my lifts suffered a bit, but not too bad.

Machine decline bench press: 40x8, 60x6, 50x8
Underhand lat pulldown: 70x8, 80x8, 80x8
Leg press: 70x8, 80x8, 90x8 - I scooted my butt down on this machine to get a better range of motion - it still sucked but at least it wasn't like 3 inches anymore.
Machine chest fly: 50x8, 60x8, 60x8
Seated row: 60x8, 70x8, 70x8
Leg extensions: 30x8, 40x8, 50x8
Machine incline chest press: 50x8, 60x8, 60x8

Can't wait to get back into my gym tomorrow and buss out some real lifts, lol.
 
Finally got to hit my gym again this morning. Oh how I missed that barbell. Took 1/2 scoop Maximize V2 in bed, hit snooze, woke up 15 minutes later. That is working very well. It's gonna suck once this log is over and I go back off stims for a bit :p Anyway, pre-workout I did another 1/2 scoop Maximize V2, 2 scoops Hemavol, and 1 scoop Green Mag.

LEGS & ABS
Squats: 0x5, 45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 135x3
Hanging Leg Raise: 10x3
Romanian Deadlift: 135x8x3
Exercise Ball Crunch: (weight plates held behind head) 15x10, 15x10, 20x10
DB Walking Lunges: 45x8x3
DB side bend: 45x8x3

I feel that the Intimidate is still helping slightly with strength. I had a big bump at first and now it's leveling out, but it's still nice to be able to go up in reps every workout.
 
Woke up super sore this morning so I skipped the workout and going to go W Th F.

Took my scoop of Intimidate tonight and realized I only have 1 more scoop left, making it only 25 servings (I skipped one night taking it). I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be 28 or 30 days worth, but I guess I ran out early :(

Thanks. I think it was more of not being able to work out legs adequately while I was traveling and then punishing the hell out of them when I got back. But I'll take the compliment ;)

So I only got about 6 hours of sleep last night, but I got a good workout in this morning despite that. The Intimidate is definitely helping with recovery/restful sleep - I usually am never able to have a good workout with anything less than 8 hours of sleep.

Took 1/2 scoop of Maximize V2 and did the snooze alarm thing, then took another 1/2 scoop pre-wo along with 2 scoops Hemavol, 1 scoop Green Mag. 2 scoops Purple Psyko intra.

UPPER BODY
bb bench press: 45x10, 65x5, 85x3, 95x1, 105x1, 115x1 (PR!), 120x0 (failed attempt, boo), 100x5
bb bent over row: 45x10, 65x8, 85x8, 95x5, 100x5
bb shoulder press: 45x8, 55x8, 65x6
underhand lat pulldown: 70x8, 80x8, 90x6
assisted dip machine (weight is lbs of assistance): 50x8, 8, 6
bb curls in the squat rack ;): 45x8, 8, 5

Good to be back in a real gym.

My last serving of Intimidate is tonight, a couple days short of a full run :(

It sucks that you missed the majority of your workouts, and the ones you did hit were in a hotel. Would've been nice to get a full month without sickness/missed workouts, but that's real life!

Probably do a final review over the weekend, I get my last dose tonight and I want to get my new PR numbers during tomorrow and Friday's workouts to have statistics to use in the final review.

Again, really glad you ran this log. I think it will help show women, as well as all the men out there, just how much a woman can accomplish in just 1 month! And with the hardships you had, and persevered through, shows it even more!
 
Last workout of this log this morning. Did the caffeine nap with 1/2 scoop MaximizeV2, then did 1/2 scoop MaxV2, 2 scoops Hemavol, and 1 scoop Green Mag pre.

LEGS & ABS:
bb deadlift: 45x10, 95x5, 135x3, 185x3, 225x1, 240x1 (PR!), 225x1
hanging leg raise: 10x3
bb front squat: 45x5, 65x5, 85x4, 85x3 - holding the bar is definitely holding me back on this lift. Gonna try the cross arm grip next time.
db side bends: 35x10, 40x10, 45x10
db walking lunges: 45x8x3

Not bad, but I took too much time to do my deadlifts and killed my time for doing some other exercises. But whatever. Felt nice to get another PR on dl's.

Not happy about these "after" skinfold measurements. BUT, like I said in the beginning, I'm really bad at it.

Before weight: 128.2lbs
After weight: 132lbs

Below should line up correctly, but stupid forums aren't letting me use blank spaces to my advantage :mad:

So according to this, I've lost fat some areas but gained it in others. I should probably just throw these calipers away, I really don't know what I'm doing and now I'm pissed off about it.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF: lifts

BEFORE: AFTER:
bench: 95x5 115x1 can't really compare bc of reps, but nice to see weight go into triple digits.
squat: 135x4 135x5 progress is progress
deadlift: 225x3 240x1 never did singles before this log so can't compare, but nice to see the # go up.
bent over row: 125x3 same
shoulder press: 65x7 same

I also increased both my chinups and dips while on Intimidate. :D

FINAL REVIEW

Ok I wanted to wait awhile before posting this because firstly I was busy with life stuff, but I wanted to see how my body would react after I stopped taking Intimidate.

I gained about 4lbs on Intimidate. That's roughly a pound a week. Not so bad. I don't really think much of it was fat - I didn't have a muffin top when putting on my jeans at the end or anything, haha. So that was nice. I think that most of the muscle increase was in density rather than size. I would've preferred it the other way around, but that probably had more to do with my workout plan being lower reps for the big lifts. The added strength is definitely worthwhile, though.

Being a woman, taking Intimidate is sort of an odd choice I know. But I wanted to see how it would effect me, and if it would produce similar or different results to men. I think that it probably produces similar results, just blunted by the fact that I don't have... well, balls. Obviously it's harder for women to gain muscle than men, so it's a lot slower of a process with women to see progress. But I definitely saw some while on Intimidate.

My advice to any women looking to try it is - do it. You'll never know if you don't try it out. Next time I would love to do it for an 8 week run instead of the 3-3 1/2 weeks I got in my beta testing kit. I feel like once I really started to see progress, the log was almost over. So I would recommend if you are a woman to try it out for 8 weeks instead of just 4.

The reason I waited a bit after I stopped originally was to see if I would lose any of my gains I got while on it - I didn't. So that was a nice feature. Definitely something to hit up if you're not into losing gains after "other stuff" I would definitely check this out.
