All aboard the Androcrine train woot woot (Nonsponsored)

I've only been back in the gym about 6 weeks, today while doing leg extensions I only felt it in the muscles... Idk about you but every other time I've felt it in my tendons

I hit legs this morning and I only feel muscle soreness. My knees usually hurt so bad after it keeps me up at night. Not today my friend

Now I normally don't train bi's and Tri,s on the same day, however for the sake of the log I needed to keep on updating! The pump was on par to what I have experienced the last few days, which is great since I trained fasted this morning. I also had an incredible run after, I was practically skipping along lol. No pain whatsoever and I added an additional mile. Now that's impressive.

I like doing bi and tris together every now and then, creates and awesome muscle confusion!! Im really happy youre getting the results you are, and hope others are keeping up with this log as well!

Chest

Hit chest hard today as usual. Strength was definitely up! I was hitting numbers I haven't tried since I was at my heaviest last year (213lbs I'm currently 187) unfortunately it was cut short to me having a pinching type pain in my shoulder, so I immediately backed off and lowered the weight quite a bit. Finished with super setting my last 2 exercises and felt great. Currently no pain in my shoulder, so I may have just lowered it oddly or I Un racked it at a weird angle. I train in my garage, so no one to spot me when I get into that heavy weight. All in all another solid workout though.

Man, your strength went up quick. I'm on week 4 and just now seeing major strength increase. Started my run hitting 245x2 on incline bench and yesterday hit 260 for 1 after 3 working sets.
 
Yeah, I am fixing to literally build a pre war like stock pile of it!!

I remember when I used to rep for primordial performance I did that lol had sustain alpha and dermacrine along with the androseries products. Loved it lol. So glad bps has the two topicals and now androcrine.

As soon as i finish my Epi Andro Elite, I will start using Sustain Alpha... For the first time. Stoked about it. I figure while Im cutting, between the Sustain Alpha and Androcrine, Ill be super Alpha male feelin and my hinges will be bulletproof!! Lol

I would say I'm seeing faster strength increases because of my 500+ calorie surplus. My arms are definitely fuller, like a creatine/carb pump to them, but all day. I feel too good for it to be a placebo.

Well now there is no denying it, 13 days in and I just hit a PR on pull ups. There were 2 things I wanted to see from this product: joint relief and an increase in pull ups. Now that I have seen both I can honestly say this is the real deal. I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish in the coming weeks...

So I weighed in this morning at 191lbs...that's up 4 lbs since last Wednesday. I'm trying to figure this one out lol. I haven't gone more than 600 calories over maintenance since I've started. If it's really because of Androcrine that's crazy....

I think androcrine is very versatile. You can Taylor it to your goals. Lean mass or help you cut. All about diet.

No time to lift today. Muscle fullness is still noticeable and my waist seems smaller. Everyday is getting better.

Shoulders

Today is the first day I walked by the mirror and thought "wow that's some crazy vascularity, I gotta update my bros at anabolic minds" seriously though I had a sick workout and arms were stupid pumped from hitting shoulders.

I'll get picks up soon.

Cardio

Went out for a run today, hit just under 4 miles and felt great. My sister was in town and I ended up being out much later than I expected. Still managed wake up at 5:30 however, all I needed was a lil preworkout and good to go. I had a really good upper body pump going which is great since I only ran. Another successful day on the Androcrine train.

As a side note I know my log isn't incredibly detailed, it just takes more time trying to write everything down and sometimes I'm just lazy :). With that being said, I do track all macros and I give updates on everything I think would be of interest.

My hip had been bothering me all day, first time I've actually been in pain since starting this log. Turns out all I needed to do was hit legs and that fixed me lol, really though I think just getting the blood flowing, and stretching really helped out with the pain since I am feeling great now. I still felt good enough to go for a jog, although my legs were so pumped I couldn't quite run straight :). I am nearly out of my first bottle, can't wait to see what the 2nd one has in store for me.

Ha it's still not good enough though, I signed up to run a Marathon relay in september with my brother, and I have to be able to run 7 miles :(. He was one person short so I figured I'd step up and run with him. I'm also way too stubborn not to train hard so I'm really testing Androcrine right now for recovery capabilities.

Try foam rolling it as well. I love my roller.

Holy ship! Sometimes the roller hurts like h3ll, but its such a good hurt. I love it before and after back day, and I HAVE to do it after legs days. I have a torn rotator cuff, and 1 member on here told me to put the roller into my arm pit and roll. Hirts like no tomorrow, yet gives me relief afterwards. Well worth the money, which by the way isnt much

Status update to all of my good looking followers..it has been 20 days since starting Androcrine at 6 pumps per day,and sadly my first bottle is now gone! I'm so glad I bought 2, I feel it's fully in effect now and I am anticipating even better results. My bench is up 10lbsfrom last week and I'm almost certain I've gotten leaner. I'm going to up my calories an additional 250 per day and see how that treats me. Stay tuned for the gainz.

Nice! Yeah I saw a 15 pound gain on incline bench from week 3 to week 4. Wish I had a second bottle. I'm gonna take a break, gather some other supps and make a nice 8 week stack soon.

Yeah it seemed like everyone just started seeing good results at the end of their bottle. Im glad I got 2. Good luck on your next stack I'm sure it's gonna be sweet
