I weighed in today at exactly 193. That's 2lbs up from last Wednesday. I definitely feel larger (in a good way) and apparently I am larger as I had a co worker tell me I must be hitting the weights hard. He also commented on my arms looking good. I haven't seen this guy since I started Androcrine either so something is working :)

I've never used an ArA product before. I've heard good things about it though.

Shoulders with cardio

I apologize for the delays, things have been crazy busy and I haven't had time to update. I hit shoulders and cardio today, or rather I hit the remainder of shoulders today. Yesterday I had a terrible experience with shaking uncontrollably,I was doing standing military presses and felt like I was going to pass out. It felt like low blood sugar but on another level. I workout in my garage and I barely made it to my house to down a PWO shake. My hands were shaking so bad I almost couldn't even scoop protein into my shaker. I felt better after sitting on the floor with AC blasting on me for about 15 minutes. It was a scary experience and I have no idea what caused it. My workout today was fantastic though, I had such a crazy pump going then ended up running 5 miles which I haven't been able to do in nearly a year. Muscle fullness is still noticeable and I feel great, there's definitely something to this Androcrine stuff!

Outstanding job with pushing through your blocks!! Not sure where you live or the weather there, but if its as hot as it is here, iys dangerous and the shakes could've been a sign of mild to above mild dehydration. Your body is already in that state upon waking, so drop a liter as soon as you wake, it helps.

It's definitely possible that I got overheated, it's been in the 90's here in Ohio and I train in my garage so no AC. I'll try and be more aware of drinking water, I usually drink a gallon by the time I get off work but from the sound of things it's just not enough.

Ohio, I knew that, im an idiot in the mornings. But 90s are brutal.So 4 things, drink a tall glass of water before bed, even though you may end up waking to urinate until youre used to it, and drink at a minimum of 16oz first thing upon waking. Science has also shown that 16oz of water drank the FIRST thing after waking will increase your metabolism by 40+% for the next 90 minutes. And lastly, you better get used to over hydration before you start rookie school my future brother in fire!!

Killed another workout today! I always train at 5am on the weekends so I need the usual half a cup of preworkout ;). However I ran out of my pre and I wasn't sure I would survive. I still ended up increasing my squats 10 lbs from last week, and it felt easier overall!! I basically expect to hit some kind of PR every time I train now...

I started to see that around week 3-4. Wish I had a second bottle. Saving my supps for an epic stack soon :) glad you are liking it. Seems to be working well with you.
 
Yes I am loving it so far. Do you plan on logging your super stack?

Oh for sure. I'm just not quite sure what it will involve. I know androcrine and x gels will be in there. Maybe the new BPS product also. Gotta learn more about it first though. Possibly anabeta elite and sustain alpha.

Had to fly through my chest workout today as I had very little time due to having my car towed :(. Despite not having any preworkout, I had a a crazy pump going. I actually noticed my arms looking really full today in general. So far this is reminding me of a PH/DS. ( I no longer take anything hormonal so this is great).

I would definitely recommend more than 1 bottle. Seems like it fully hits you around the 3rd week.

Back

Another super fast workout today, I only had about 40 minutes to train but I still killed it with heavy dead lifts and pull ups. Muscles are still getting crazy pumped and I just feel good going into every session.

Androcrine - 2 bottles , 6 pumps per day

X gels - 1 bottle. Higher dose on training days

BPS's dirty little secrete :) but gotta learn about it more before I'll use it.

Might be losing some fat! Lean gains that aren't showing on the scale Isn't always a bad thing :)

I'm excited bout these 2 bottles of Androcrine and what they can do but not up for logging right now with things being do busy at work and home but still gonna buy a bottle of epidrone to run with Androcrine.
Questions:
Do I need oncycle support or just pct afterwards?
Would Alphamax XT suffice for pct or is sustain alpha superior?
Slightly concerned with mpb with the rise in dht,would a dht inhibiting shampoo do the trick?

I'm not sure. I haven't tried it yet. I hold my personal advice until I try products and see for myself. That being said, BPS claims that sustain alpha is enough for pct. so I will be going with that as well.
 
As far as on cycle support, I doubt it. I mean it can't hurt, but it's not needed. For myself, I plan on taking a light on cycle support but that's just me. I always like to play it safe.

I haven't tried alphamax xt so I can't comment on that. I have used erase, erase pro, sustain alpha , and endosurge. Probably way more but those are my favorites. Sustain being at the top because of the good state of mind and libido I see off of it.

So even after just one month of epidrone @ 3 caps per day the sustain alpha should put me back where I need to be hormonally?

The only way to know 100% is by getting blood work. Baseline and post pct. for me, I will be using sustain alpha and DAA. Others will use sustain or there favorite OTC product.
