My damn gym closed at 1pm, so had to get the morning workout in, and performance wise i am always better in the evenings.
I see that you are sticking to 10+ reps. I grow better at that rep range, but i gain/maintain strength better at 5 reps. So now i am training at 5 reps as i am trying to maintain as much strength as possible, which i am able to like germany was able to hold its ground in early 1945.

But when i get back on i am switching back to higher reps. Strength is going to go up regardless and it might be a good idea not to test my luck, as the strength explosion from 500 test almost left me injured.
