Due to knee injury, I dediced to stop with volleyball training until January. Currently, I don't do cardio, but from next week, I'll incorporate 2-3 HIIT sessions after workout. Stairmaster is my go to for HIIT usualy.@Alchemist11 , do you do cardio?
I know you play volleyball, which definitely is legit cardio. Just wondering what else you do...
