Tomorrow is the last day of the GB :(

But as promised Monday, Tuesday, and today's workout :)

Monday - Back

- Lat Pulldown
- Barbell Rows
- T Bar Rows
- DB Rows
- Hyperextensions

Tuesday - Leg's

Went to chiropractor for an adjustment and he said my lower back is super tight :(

I have a few stretches to do for the lower back and hamstrings so I did those after my workout.

**Light warm up on leg extensions
- Squat
- Hack Squat
- DB Lunges
- Leg Curl
- Stretches from the chiropractor

Thursday - Chest

- Decline DB Bench
- Incline DB Bench
- Flat DB Bench
- Decline Flyes
- Pec Dec

I love the fullness I get from these products :D I wish my chest would stay the way it does after I get a sick pump :p

Tomorrow is shoulder day and last day this week to see the chiropractor. Hopefully he can recommend a place for me to get a massage to supplement the work he's doing for my back to help loosen the muscles.

I feel the same way about that chest pump, I walk out like a beast, then 20 min later............back to regular Dan.:puppy_dog_eyes:

Forget the black Lambo I drove the other day... that one fails in comparison to the yellow Lamborghini Murcielago I got last night :D:D

But, my last workout on the Green Bulge was yesterday morning :(

I did shoulders yesterday and I really put most of the focus on form.

I used to try to go heavy and I had some decent gains and results but I was swinging the weights around with no form at all around the 7th rep.

Friday - Shoulders

- Reverse Pec Dec
- Dumbbell lateral raises
- Evan rows
- Straight bar raises
- Arnold presses

The shoulders were definitely shot after this one, lol. I did them all with 12 reps and 3 sets. Anyone know a good starting weight for a kettlebell ??

I want to pick one up after work for some core exercises to help strengthen my core.

But, I want questions from you guys about my impressions on Green Bulge. Other then the fact that I would definitely recommend it as a top preforming creatine product, I really fell this product took my workouts up a notch with nice muscle endurance, energy, and fullness. There were also absolutely no stomach issues at all and no bloat.

Awesome job Controlled Labs !!

Did you try alternative Green Bulge dosages and regimes?

eg greater or less than quantities, timing?

Did you try uncapping them and adding them into an intrawo mix?

God job on the log bro, how was the bloat, or lack thereof with the bulge? Also, a good starting weight with a kettle bell would be around 30-50 lbs. My cousin trains soley with those, it is difficult to get the hang of, but it hits alot of different fiber depths, and gives tremendous functional strength.

I did !

I started with 7 caps, but then I dropped down to 6 and I found it just as effective. Dropping it to 6 caps also allowed me to get more life out of the bottle.

I didn't un-cap the Green Bulge though. In the future that's something I gotta try out for sure.

Thanks for the info ded :D

I'm going to pick up a 35 pounder today after I go car shopping after my chiropractor appointment.

There was no bloat what so ever, I was very impressed on all aspects on the Bulge. It's a cost effective but very good quality product. Controlled Labs had me after I tried Purple Wraath so I might be biased :p

awesome. Be sure to buy a good quality bell, the sh!tty ones fall apart (the plastic on the handles) and it makes it hard to do the swinging motions. I have been using the ast micronized creatine mono, like it alot. Maybe I give GB a run next month.
