Today I got another awesome chest and bicep workout in
I took my Green Bulge about a half hour after my breakfast and about a half hour before my workout and I think I may have like it better than waiting 45 minutes to an hour. I went to pick up my friends and sipped on the Purple Wraath and Purple InTrain on the way to the gym.
Everything was 4 sets and 10 reps as usual.. I can definitely tell my strength and endurance has gone up significantly since I started doing this routine with the Green Bulge !
Chest
-Incline Bench
-Flat Bench
-Machine Flyes
-Close grip DB bench
Biceps
-Straight barbell curls
-Hammer curls
-Seated alternating dumbbell curls
..Oh, and my new love interest
