Thanks bud ! I was using the 35's for Arnold presses... next time I gotta drop it a few pounds so I have strength left for the rest of the routine :p
 
looking real good Adam! Quick question, what is an Evan Row??

A shoulder exercise that Evan Centopani does. It's sort of a mix of front raises and then when your arms get to shoulder level you pull the weights back like if you were doing a row and then slowly guide the weight back down on the same directional path you brought it up with... kinda hard to explain but super easy to do, lol.

If you look for a video on one of Evan's shoulder workouts you can see how to do them !
 
Arnolds are awesome, 90 degree arnies are great too, as are standing arnolds. I prefer them with slightly heavier weight, and I cycle them in different workouts, cause they are so intense.:drillsergeant:
 
Today was an extremely grueling chest and bicep workout me and my 2 other buddies did :drillsergeant:

Chest: (4 sets and 10 reps for each exercise)
- Incline barbell
- Flyes
- Flat dumbbell bench
- Flat dumbbell close grip position bench

Bicep: (4 sets and 10 reps for each exercise)
- Straight barbell curl
- Hammer curl
- Machine preacher curl

Finished off with one set of 21's


Sickk workout ! Driving home wasn't too easy lol

Yes, always the White Flood and the Green Bulge pre-workout. For intra-workout I used Citrus Burst Intra-Aid by Universal... and since this is a Controlled Labs log I thought it wouldn't be necessary to list that.

I did back on Tuesday and legs yesterday and now I feel like a cripple again. My chest is still sore too and it hurts when i run down steps at work... it feels like I have implants :p

4 sets and 10 reps

Back

- Pull up's (weighted)
- Dumbbell rows
- Bent over Barbell rows
- Weighted lower back hyper extensions


I could really feel it in my lower back when me and my buddy finished up the workout. Each set was done with precise movement and form so we could get the most out of the workout instead of just throwing the weight around without form.


4 sets and 10 reps

Leg's

- Front Squat
- Hack Squat
- Dumbbell walking lunges around the track in the gym
- Leg extension
- Leg Curls

My legs are definitely becoming more tuned for endurance now with this higher rep and set workout. I'm loving it so far :D

These supps motivate me to push past limits and make me want to reach new goals. Sometimes I need that little extra mental boost for my workouts to hype me up !

Oh and def no bloating on the Green Bulge ! haha

None what so ever so far... but with all N.O. products comes the "colon cleanse's" in the bathroom :p

..surprisingly they only happen every so often with White Flood. N.O. Xplode on the other had is a diferen't story haha..

I so miss those doms in my chest! I havent been able to hit chest like that for months. I have a hard time with front squats, cant seem to get that movement down, thats how i hurt my shoulder to begin with. Why dont see district 9, i heard it was great?

I did too, that's why I went to see it. :lol:

I would rather watch paint dry then go see it again.

The entire movie is complete nonsense, and it had horrible actors, I don't even remember who was even in it to be honest...

Final Destination was the same, just kind of cool to show the stuff in 3-D :p but overall, both are poor excuses for a movie.

Ah, Jay, my man, lol ...steer clear of both of them at all cost. Say you'd rather take her to a nice dinner instead of wasting $10 bucks a ticket($12.50 on Final Destination for the ticket and the glasses).

I wish I would have asked the the 2 hours of my life back as well as my money after each movie :(

Yeppers! I didnt see final destination yet, but i seen district 9, my buddy raved about it, I didnt think it was to bad, but nothing what i thought it would be.. yup i was let down lol!
 
Indeed. It has to be one solid movie for me to go and pay $10 per ticket. On Tuesday/Thursdays, I can go to the Movie Hall on POST and watch any movie for $2; sweet deal, and one in which my wife and I utilize more so.

the last time me my wife and oldest daughter went to the movies, it cost me a hundred bucks total just about, it's ridiculous. I think it was the last harry potter movie.

Dude! Your missing out big time! My wife is a writer, she writes middle grade fantasy, like harry potterish type of stuff, she really got me into it. She has an agent now, she will be published soon i hope, then I can stop working my buisness so hard:yup:

I took my Green Bulge about a half hour after my breakfast and about a half hour before my workout and I think I may have like it better than waiting 45 minutes to an hour. I went to pick up my friends and sipped on the Purple Wraath and Purple InTrain on the way to the gym.

Everything was 4 sets and 10 reps as usual.. I can definitely tell my strength and endurance has gone up significantly since I started doing this routine with the Green Bulge !
