I'm serious in a way. One of the things I felt in the beginning. I mentioned it, or unless we categorize that under alpha feeling.

Pretty tired and had way too much caffeine today, so it's lights out.
Celorza said:Good numbers , Good workout , Good night bro haha.
Yup thx. 2 1/2 weeks in & I'm finally starting to look better, been progressing with that over the 2 weeks anyhow.... Looking a bit leaner mirror wise (scale shows 192), Full thick & dense. Can't complain.
Celorza said:This is how the mirror really shows his love for our efforts bro , when you know you are beasting it , no matter how many times you say "mirror mirror on the wall, whose the swolest of them all?" it will always show you :3
CaptHowdy5150 said:Good workout man! Puttin some good numbers up.
breezy11 said:Nice job with the workout brother. It's always a good feeling when improvement is made.
Thx. Came him had a scoop of Syntha-6, then talk about a major cheat meal: went to ihop for the RVC pancakes with 4 strips of bacon and hashbrowns & scrambled eggs. I used the syrup too. Aw well that should help the shoulders grow.
TheHardOne said:You consider that a cheat meal? lol Just kidding
Looking good in here, how long are you going to be running M1D?

AaronJP1 said:Yeah, I wouldn't expect ya too.
I'm like double your bodyfat. Eat a lot though. Never really done a "cut" usually eat over in my cals or stay around a maintenance level. After this M1db, I'll take a serious look @ dropping some bodyfat.
Day 21:
Had a pretty decent work out today and numbers I put up were respectable.
Incline bench press:
135lbs x 10
185lbs x 8
205lbs x 6
(This was either 195 or 205, can't remember if I added the 10lbs to it or not.)
145lbs x 6
Flat DumbBell Press:
80lbs x 8
75lbs x 7
70lbs x 4
HS Chest Press:
45lbs each arm, 2 sets of 10. Pause & hold.
Incline: 80lbs each arm 1 set of 5. Pause & hold.
Seated Curl Machine:
65lbs x 10
55lbs x 10
45lbs x 12
Curls:
30lbs x 6, 3 sets.
Hammers:
45lbs x 6
40lbs x 6
35lbs x 6
Everything was using good form & slow and controlled movements. Kept this work out simple and to the point. Biceps I didn't stress cause I tagged em a bit this week already.
Chest was exhausted on the inclines. I've been heavily focusing on these mass builder movements more so than shaping movements. You gotta have the size to shape first. Swimming test tomorrow possibly.Last thing I have to get done & nervous as hell about it too. 50 yards in under 2 minutes @ 730am for a non-swimmer in an out door pool is a thumbs down.
Got about 7 more days of M1db left.
Celorza said:Good numbers on the incline oO damn! , and also, don't worry about it , visualize it and kill it! You'll do fine on the test that way , just think its easy stuff and nothing will stop yah!
Yeah, thx. I wasn't playing with the inclines. Had to pull my head out of my ass a bit in the gym and start putting the effort in there as well. One thing I told myself is the muscle doesn't know how much weight your lifting. All it knows is stress.
Yeah last week I was focused on killing that swim, these week I'm nervous as my allergy/sinus infection is still here.

Good luck with the swimming too. Should be a good feeling getting that test out of the way.
Celorza said:Overall , and with 1 week left , how are you liking M1D black so far? When do you think it kicked in , and is it influencing strength or only recovery?
Nice workout bro! I love those pause and holds on the hammer strength. Really fills the chest up and makes you feel pumped! You got that test bro, don't even sweat it!!!Day 21:

Figured since I can't swim, but me and like 3-4 other guys went down as well. I may have to get some private lessons so next Monday I'll test again.
DiabeticLiftr said:Damn that sucks man, what are the requirements for the swim test?
Wilpit said:Wow thats unfortunate. It's cool that you can do it again though. I would start hitting the pool everyday until that point, get comfortable in the water.

So last hour of my born day.
Didn't do too much special, had two nice 5oz pieces of filet migon along side a loaded baked potato and cake & ice cream. After that had a small Hulk shake from Smoothie King.
Sick as ever again looks like this allergy/sinus infection flared up, feel miserable, sneezing a lot along side a scratchy throat and appetite is down a bit. It's gotten bad, so I went to the doc and he gave me some amoxicillen. What a way to celebrate 28 huh.
On top of that probably have to take some swimming lessons which are $155 for 6 lessons, not thrilled about that either.
Went in for legs today, skipped squats due to how I was feeling but this is what got done:
Leg Curls:
95lbs x 12
125lbs x 8
140lbs x 6
110lbs x 7
Leg Press:
10 plates x 10
12 plates x 10
14 plates x 8
-Didn't go for a killer weight on these, but I pushed for more reps @ a decent weight.
Leg ext:
160lbs x 10
170lbs x 10
180lbs x 10
Seated Calf Raise:
80lbs x 10
Then dropped to
45lbs x 15 reps for 3 sets
Then
45lbs x 20 reps for final set.
Not any record breakers, but everything was slow and controlled, with good contractions and time under tension. Nice pump in the legs & had them shaking a bit when walking around. We closing in on final review time for M1DB.
 guys see ya soon.
