AJP Is Going M1D Black: Mass Andro Cycle

Day 8 & Day 9:

Today marks day 9. Took yesterday off cause I've been in the gym everyday since Saturday. I will also take today off as well due to me wanting to get a full nights rest. Agility test is tomorrow.

M1D Black: So a bit over a week in, & everything has been positive so far. No crazy acne or other sides. These are some positives I've noticed so far:
-Looking more full & dense. (Finally)
-Libidio is high.
-Vascularity is more noticeable than before.
-Alpha feeling.
-Energy & Endurance.
-Good mood/well being feeling.

So far so good. No negatives to speak of just positives. I will say strength is climbing but I'm just reaching where I left off in the past. When
I exceed my past point I'll be excited. Appetite kicked up a little but nothing outrageous.

Don't you love the alpha feeling some products give you. Good to see the product is treating you well!

This is pretty much in line with what our original M1D Black loggers experienced...glad to hear you're liking it so much already. :)
Hell yeah, looking forward too it. If it picks up week 2 & I feel more alpha & stronger than this week, I will have to buy some. :)

Day 9, Continued:

So, I have that agility test tomorrow, got home ate and said f it going to the gym. Should've just stayed in & tried to sleep. Feels like I'm catching a cold now. :( Took hyper FX, shyt has me hyper & speedy as hell. Went in to do shoulders & triceps if I had time, I wanted to be in bed by 10pm. No time for triceps, although I'll get em later this week. Shoulders got completed for the most part though.

Warmed up w/55lb dumbbells.

Military Press:
135lbs x 6 reps
155lbs x 4 reps failed on the 5th
145lbs x 5 reps
-Trying to gain strength on shoulders.

Front DB Raise:
20lbs x 8 reps
22.5lbs x 8 reps
25lbs x 6 reps

HS Shoulder Press:
80lbs each arm for 6 reps
90lbs each arm for 5 reps
-Think I've done more reps in the past, we will see what next week brings though.

Shower & sleep soon.

After this test then I just gotta pass the swim test. 50 yards with clothes on in 2 minutes or less. Only problem is I can't swim damn near @ all! Phuck it, anything is possible.

You got it man. When I took my test I was about 270lbs and almost failed my run. I made it with only 12 seconds left and I was praying the entire 1.5 miles. Almost failed but kicked into overtime at the last minute. You got this

We start out as a "group" everyone starts to run at the same time but its at your own pace. Some people fail out and other succeed.

Day 11:

Woke up for the agility test. They cancelled it due to rain. Went to the gym hit triceps that were left over from last night.

Over head DB press
Warm up 15 reps 47.5
70lbs 10 reps
80lbs 8 reps
100lbs 5 reps

Skull Crusher
75 x 10
85 x 5
85 x 4

V Bar Press Down
140 x 8
150 x 7
160 x 6

Did a bit of bicep work after as well.

M1D Black Notes:
So far haven't notice a huge difference between the last update. Strength is still picking up an I look leaner (overnight) but still look rather full. I was 196lbs a couple days ago. This morning I woke up hit the scale & I'm at 190. Feels good to be down weight & still moving decent weight. Seem to be noticing more definition. Starting to notice less DOMs as well which is a welcomed plus.
 
Great workout bro!!! You're lifts definitely looking great...and you down 6lbs...that's great news....keep it up animal!!! ;)
 
Day 13:

Alright so yup I caught that cold. I also had a very long day @ work yesterday. Pounding sinus like headaches. Went to the gym anyways. All I did was deads and some DB rows.

3 sets of deads max weight used was 275, 8 reps.
DB rows max weight was 100lbs for 5 reps.

Still been eating a decent amount. Strength is still climbing. Weight is back @ my normal 193. I must have swelled from food a few days then dropped the water, but that has all stabilized now.

M1D Black:
Well, acne is starting to pop up and I'm not too happy about that @ all. So far we are about 2 weeks into M1D & for me the 2 key points I have seen is an increased drive & libido. Fullness is definitely there from the start of this as well which is nice. Strength has been climbing but I think w/o the black I could manage that as well though.
 
I woke up sick today; but I didn't even try going to the gym. You, sir, have dedication.

Day 14:
Chest & Biceps today.

Changed it up a bit to a more pump & volume work out using 8-12 reps.
Did hammers max weight used was 45lbs, SS w/up right cable curls, then drop set barbell curls of 80,75,55- 10 reps each 3 times for each weight.
Chest started with flat bench DB got 105 up 3 times, form wasn't great though. Did 80s & 75s 8 reps each. Moved onto flat bench (should've started with this) moved 205 for 6 reps and dropped down to 185 for 8 reps and then 135 for 12 reps. Repped out on the hammer strength. Def needed more focus on chest but a pretty jacked dude spoke to me and said he thought I would benefit more going a bit lighter for more sets/reps. I got a huge dude saying stick to all compounds and a lean dude doing abs.... :lol: Biggest take away I got today was don't forget my basics. I steered away from chest compound movements for a while. Squats been here & there and deads I started back, but they get away from me from time to time. Add mass & sculpt later.

M1D Black:
Not much new to report. I have been getting comments of people telling me I look, leaner, fitter, like I weigh more than 200; Fuller & so on. It's different people telling me that don't see me everyday in & out of the gym. No big strength increases today. Appetite has def picked up. Seem like I am more thicker looking w/o any bloated, fat gains. Muscles feel harder as well. Alpha feeling is still present.

Over at my gym people are so rude, instead of telling me compliments, they will literally move a bench near where im working sit down and literally sit, face my way and watch me until I move stations, im like....uhh...this is so not awkward! lol

And yeah man i'd stick with higher reps (8-12) for chest, chest is one of those muscle groups you really need to focus on, the assistance muscles tend to take over(triceps) with exercises like presses/dips. Have you tried a wide grip incline barbell press, deadstop flat db press? Those exercises will hit your chest better than any other compound movement. The deadstop with the flat db press is just to make sure you thrash the fast twitch fibers and ensure your pecs are doing majority of the work.

Nope never tried it, I will have too though. So yeah one of my errors: using flat bench DB as a substitute. Your words about the flat DB hitting fast twitch, he said something similar to it being a finishing move. The 135 felt almost too light... But I need to get back in the habit of that and learn my reps to weight ratio for that.

Well a "finishing move" is pretty much your last exercise, people mis-use that term alot in the bb/fitness industry, a flat db press is a compound/high threshold exercise, its going to recruit the greatest amount of fibers more than any single joint movement could, thats why if your looking for maximum hypertrophy i'd do your presses first in your chest training.

How many SLINshot caps do you take on a daily basis? Just wondering. Im addicted to this stuff, I can't stop touching my chest because its so much fuller than usual lol.
