Airborne's Quest to PowerLifting (and whatever he's on ATM)

Just received my invitation and registration for the World's Championships. Long road of training ahead of me. I got till November. I'm signing up for bench and deadlift!

Yes drug free. I heard they are not even sent in tho... I wasn't even tested Tbh. Only people that were are a 259 pound Samoan bout 5 5 that benched 720+ and a 75 year old lady that pulled a 300. Lady was bad ass

A 75 yr old lady pulled 300? Is that a typo? That's ridiculous!
 
Alright yall been so busy... Ugh! After meet I can't believe how sore I been getting. Today's squat day! Let's do this. Last week in the gym I learned everything powerlifting. Moving to a diff state where I will be coaching and starting a team!

For 6 then a 645 for 1... I'm beat. Squats are down maybe I feel strong. Done there tho. On to leg press

Yesterday's workout was awesome. Smashed the legs hard with squats as I showed. Love my new belt and my Strangulator wraps. Can't get enough of my Chuck Taylor's for squats and deads. Should get a sponsorship with them haha hit leg press afterwords. Was hurting my knees but I found if I point toes out like squats its not an issue. So leg press to calf press. Extremely heavy. 1000+ for reps. Some leg ext and hip and thigh abductors. Coach said we will do hammies on back days.

How I felt???
Well Muscle Marinade is Zeus Juice! Felt on top of the world. What I did notice... I did take 2 Versa1 at once and I must add the Focus was unmatched. On the way to the gym I had Music blasting and not realizing I was incredibly focused on the car behind me.
On that not... This session has been the best since post meet. There's many factors with this. Recovered, Versa1 at 2 caps...etc because I got 0 sleep that day.

Today is shoulder day and I will def be downing this concoction again. I also noticed the Dpol kick in with a huge increase in libido and cognitive effects!

Shrug it out!!!

Went in for last day of pulling at my home gym before the move :-(

Did some lockout work. High rack pulls from blocks right below my knee. Max pulled 835. BAM! I am on a diet plan now to cut bf% and its working. Been doing cardio as well. Weighed in today at 246... Wierd...

Did some goodmornings. 405 for reps again. 2 sets of 8 speed pulls with 360

Seated straight bar rows, pull ups, barbell curls, single arm preachers and hammers
 
Your lifts always make me feel puny. Please don't post numbers any more:p
 
I always like to see how the other half lift. Lol Crazy numbers big man as usual.

That would be awesome but seriously don't go outta your way bud. My class is judged around 1130am then we are done. No night show for us little physique guys lol. They have a killer buffet though at this casino ill buy you lunch :-) if u make it fo sho
