On that note as well my kid just had a stomach bug and I think I have it. I can't stop peeing out my butt and I feel sick. Gonna hit the store for meds and eat.

Been pukin hard!!! Just got past the clear stuff and made it to dark color. I even threw up a spud from dinner...

Yeaaaaah buddy! Big AB has been putting in the work boiiiii! A big inspiration to myself and countless others for a long time now. A significant reason I'm considering amature BB in the near future.
 
Hell yea guys thank you! You all have helped me a lot. I'll get vids and pics up today. I didn't pull what I thought I was gonna pull. 640 max. Last attempt at 675 I accidently lowered the bar an inch at lockout. This being said ill take this with honor. I almost **** water the whole time

Haha yea thank you brother. Didn't even mention the only thing I ate all day was some fruit in the morning with a slice of bacon. Was sippin on Gatorade all day but couldn't keep it down. I was dehydrated as **** and still am
