The Thermo feel I get from it is beyond all others imo the energy does leave me but it keeps me euphoric. So far the only stim that has not worn off on me is mm. It is just as effective when I first dosed it. That and Alphamine... Finishing my 1st tub today and I'm still blown away by the energy

In your opinion what makes dpol so much better than other daa products?:) also what is the best way to use slin shot as I would like to hear your opinion in my upcoming log

I use SlinShot exclusively with my post workout shake bubba.

But thanks bro, I did come from a background of powerlifting... I did the whole resistant band bench press, the chains, the block on my chest.... And even resistant band deads!
So that's where my strength comes and plus I'm a god damn Texan! We are born strong! Lol

Dpol has been most effective for me in Daa product as of results. I also respond the best to Nitrates for pumps. Agmatine and **** like that doesn't work for me.
SlinShot ahhh man! You can use it at all times a day! I was using 8 a day for all my carb meals. Never once got bloat from them either. You will see the difference when you run out.

Well today was a bust.... Bad day for chest and tri day... My shoulders are not gettin any better... Ima start using cissus and products alike hoping it will help. If not I feel that there will be an end to my bench pressing. Can anyone plz chime in?

I'm not gonna go over numbers but my max bench today was 450

BoardPress for 2 reps... Down on a 4 then up, then down on a 2 then up. 500

After this my shoulders are fried... Rest next 2 days.

Dinner: Stuffed peppers and Italian sausage... If I'm still hungry, wife said she would make me bacon and avacado sandwiches...
Life is good.

You take any fishoils? Do you do any rotator cuff exercises?

AB I had the same problem with my shoulders when doing powerlifting (btw be ready to hardly be able to move, powerlifting is completely different and it hurts your body a lot.... I mean think about it you push your max every work out) and I'm kind of in the same boat with you right but it's my actually chest that is strained. Best advice I can give you on this... Take some time off on it, and do resistant band rehab work outs, look it up on you tube, and another thing that strengthens your shoulders is planks!

Will def take your advice bro! Helps you a lot? Do u use any joint supports?

Yes look up something called joint juice. I actually got it from my grandpa, he has knee issues plus he is like 83 years old lol

Also... I was wondering your take on Rodja advice or concern. He's knowledgeable bout this as well but wonders why my coach is training me this way... That its not a powerlifters template. That I'm doin to much heavy **** on body and CNS
 
Is he just pushing you to get ready for this competition coming up and then the training will normalize?

This is just how I'm training I guess... Working on the basics and fundamentals at first
 
Don't know much about anabolics but aren't there some that are very "joint friendly"?

He is probably just making sure you know the fundamentals. I haven't had enough time to read the whole log or see what rhodja said. But training for powerlifting is 100% different than just working out... You will be doing large movements all the time! You will never do bicep curls again.... Or do lat pull downs...
You are going to lift heavy ass weight.. Because in the end that's what your goal is to do!

I don't do Lat pulldowns but he does have me curl monster wait even with a swing for 3-5 reps to shock my bis.
