But thanks bro, I did come from a background of powerlifting... I did the whole resistant band bench press, the chains, the block on my chest.... And even resistant band deads!

After this my shoulders are fried... Rest next 2 days.
Dinner: Stuffed peppers and Italian sausage... If I'm still hungry, wife said she would make me bacon and avacado sandwiches...

BigTex08 said:AB I had the same problem with my shoulders when doing powerlifting (btw be ready to hardly be able to move, powerlifting is completely different and it hurts your body a lot.... I mean think about it you push your max every work out) and I'm kind of in the same boat with you right but it's my actually chest that is strained. Best advice I can give you on this... Take some time off on it, and do resistant band rehab work outs, look it up on you tube, and another thing that strengthens your shoulders is planks!
