Gotta pay the cost to be the boss..haha Honestly with as big as he has gotten I am sure it becomes impossible to answer all the emails,etc so you need to raise prices in order to lower volume.

I will say though, you look at how much some of the people on these sites spend a month on worthless supplements, yet they won't pony up money for a solid nutritional or training program that would yield 10x the results.

My chest was always a BIG TIME weak point. If I posted a pic right now I would wager people would be surprised it was considered weak even 6 months ago. If a year ago you told me "For $600 I could make your flat ass chest, into a standout muscle group" I might have paid $600 for that..haha

Chest is definitely one of my biggest weak points but that's just crazy money for me to spend on distance training...

So since you're doing his training methods did you pay?

Also, you should try the 5 fingers. They look crazy BUT are incredible.

So this is what I'm noticing... I have been stuck at 260... Every time... Don't know what's up with that... I look pumped up around the clock which makes me look bigger but also holding a lil bit of water. BUT my strength increases are in fact steroidal.
Pin went well I believe #7 at 750mg a week and I still got plenty in that one vial. Thanks to Antaeus Labs my shoulders feel better then they have in a long while. Almost like new.
Today was bench day so I put it to the test.

Bench: worked my way up and Maxed at 475 which was 8 sets in. Went to do heavy dumbells but... My chest was done at this point.

Incline Bench: did a few sets of light work for the range of motion. Felt good and stretch me out a lil.

Tricep pressdowns: once again I max out every machine there is on these. Was doin sets of 8-12 with 260 for 6

Reverse single arm tri pressdown: sets of 5-8 with 80/90/100 lbs

Single arm OH tri ext: 50s for 8. 3 sets

Shoulder did not budge or hurt at all and matter infact is still lubed.

Achilles is doin its job and I'm by far impressed. Never thought this would happen! I'm blessed!

I've been on a Supplement company multi for a while.

Purus needs to make a multi vitamin.

Fûck those who doubt, you are a loyal no bs man from what I've gathered over the last year and I have no reason to doubt you. You in fact are a beast and that is obvious. If you stall this log or lose faith over bs I'm making a trip to oregon to personally hand you an ass kickin! :-D you my boy!

Looks like your str8 killin it!! Nice job brother keep it up, 475 max nice! I also am taking Achilles for my shoulder, and I have to say its working great!

Don't sweat weight staying constant man! You are on and it's obvious so no matter what progress is being made. What you want to end up being 500lbs???? Weight on lifts should be the focus of raising and the proof is in the pudding your getting stronger by the day man. I envy that shît!

There is doubt in my mind about me killing the weights today! After the pin today I've been feeling alpha all damn day. I will set PRs today I'm just wondering by how much! Fûck yea man!
