I wish I could give you a tip. But my shoulders grow like weeds. I was 180 throwing up 185x12x2 205x8 and 215x6 and the I would do db military at the end of my wo 70-85 for 8-10. Not bad for a little guy.

Pump is still goin thanks to SlinShot and a gang of carbs... Very tired tho as I been up since 5:30 a.m. now I have work at midnight
 
The pump slinshot gave me teamed with agmatine today was insane. The first time my arms have literally hurt since my Mdrol/andromass cycle. Can't wait to run it with dpol!
