2 slin before my cheat meal... 2 brats, chedder hot dog and beans with whole wheat buns. LOL such a weak cheat but that's how it is.

I don't look at cheat meals as cheating anymore. If it fits in my macros for the day, I eat it.

This is very true if it fits why the hell not. I carb cycle I don't punish myself, there are some days I even have a sweet or two. I just make sure I have a few dry out days after a high carb day. HAHA

Ima get a better one with the cam and frame that **** with a good background and lighting lol yea his genetics are gonna be pretty freakish. His mom has barely any bodyfat and doesn't work out and I just get massive Haha he's my future spotter
