Lol of course Tris are where the size is at. I got bis but they don't grow like my other muscles :-( lol

I tried 2x a week. One a week works better for me, slow negatives- 4 to 8 seconds with a 2 second hold on top. Going to need a concealed carry license when i wear sleeves.

I've been doing the same for a few months now. I'm not sure how much of a difference its made, but I like having an extra "arm day".

So woke up in the A.M. did my dose of Organ Shield and Recycle... 2 FatSmack with it to get that metabolism boost for the day. Pure clean energy! Had breakfast and relaxed with the Fam. Todays the start of my workout week. Chest and Tris! This will be my first chest and tri day on the Purus Line!!! As you ALL know... This be my favorite day Haha 3 Dpol down with a Greek Yogurt and Granola... 1 FatSmack and a Scoop of Muscle Marinade. I feel stronger than I have ever felt other than being on an SD cycle. Well I feel that strong cuz I am stronger now. Will report after ;-)

Weak as fack! Well actually not too bad... Chest went down as my tris were solid... My chest fatigued way fast today which isn't like me... I came to the conclusion that it was probably from my water intake... I have been drinking coffee all day and remembered I only had a glass of water :-( so let that be a lesson learned on why we stay hydrated and how crucial it is to lifting or any activity... So that being said...

Just ate some pasta and chicken on that SlinShot! I feel replenished and non fatigued now like I can go lift again. Had a VMS shake as well. Was delicious Haha well tomorrow is a new day. I'm still makin all kinds of gains!

Repping 350 like its nothing is pretty damn impressive...you're a savage.

I don't see how my body could ever manage 400 (or 450) no matter how big I got. Keep tearing it up brother. You'll be putting it up for reps by the end of this.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I've actually never put much care into how training effects my looks. I started training to get ahead in athletics and still find progress in performance more of a motivating factor than aesthetics.

I can relate to the father situation. My dad looks pretty intimidating as well, and my friends were always afraid of him when we were younger.

Hell ya bro I'm the same way... As a fighter I got to maintain strength, stamina and speed. **** looks... Women love skill. I'm not toned really I'm buff but not cut. I can still outrun someone skinny and I can lay some hands on you before u even think bout throwing that first. Haha

It doesn't have to be directly post. I mean I do cuz your muscles are hungry as fack post and that added Slin for a spike oh man lol take 15-30 minutes before a really high carb meal! 20 is my sweet spot. I get all kinds of swole. Definitely a great addition for bulk, recomp or cut. Use those carbs don't store for fat ;-)
